The color is beautiful. It's a slightly muted tone that blends pink, coral, and red, making it versatile for any occasion. When I first received it, I was skeptical due to its slight whiteness and saturation, wondering if it would suit me. However, I'm now using it frequently because it's so adaptable. While I'm not an expert on personal color, I think it might work well for those with a deep, muted undertone. The pigmentation is excellent - even a light application and gentle blotting result in a vivid color. As someone who enjoys matte lipsticks, this one isn't matte but rather leans towards being moisturizing. It doesn't fill in lip lines, so I apply it with my lips stretched out and then blend with my fingers or by gently pressing my lips together. However, this can cause the lip line to blur, resulting in a smudged look. If you like overlining your lips, this might not be an issue, but if you prefer a precise, matte application within your lip lines, you might not be thrilled with this. Using this as a base and applying Mamonde Velvet Red in the center creates a deeper color. Pairing it with Chili gives off a lovely autumn vibe. - ju******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 7, 2019
It's not as matte as I expected, but rather feels soft. The color payoff is great and it doesn't easily come off. Due to the product's design, you need to press it, but occasionally the lid can come off. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 5, 2018
I'm using Rouge Hill for the second time, but this is my first time trying their hit pan lip product. The application is smooth, and even though my lips are prone to dead skin cells, it doesn't accentuate them much. The color payoff is excellent too! I used Nudie Brownie in fall and winter, and now that spring is here, I switched to Amber Rose. It's so spring-like and makes my face look brighter! When I carry it in my bag, the lid sometimes clicks open on its own, which makes me a bit nervous. Also, maybe because the amount is small or because I have a habit of reapplying often, it seems to run out quickly. - ha******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 22, 2018
The color, application, and pigmentation are top-notch! I personally experienced that their claim of '0-second color payoff' is absolutely true. It's perfect for warm skin tones and would look gorgeous in spring! Kudos to Clio for their excellent color cosmetics. The formula is uniquely neither too moisturizing nor too matte - it just settles softly on the lips. First off, the click-type case keeps opening unintentionally, which is personally the most inconvenient aspect. The formula transfers easily, so the staying power is just average. I bought it because YouTubers said Amberrose suits even deep undertones, but on me it appears quite vibrant and doesn't quite blend in. The color is beautiful, but it doesn't suit me... Can't wear it alone... I apply a nude color all over my lips and use this shade just as an accent! It creates a subtle lip look. When used for a full lip, it gives a blooming flower effect on the lips. - zk*********Combination SkinAcne SkinJan 2, 2018
- Looks beautiful when applied with a full lip technique - The design is pretty and a bit unique - It's matte - Slightly emphasizes dead skin cells and settles into fine lines - As expected, the staying power is practically non-existent - Maybe it's because my complexion is dark, but it really doesn't suit me at all - Apply lip balm before using - Pat it on gently to apply - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 8, 2017
This shade is gorgeous for those with warm undertones. It has a lovely coral hue and great staying power, so I apply it every day. There's a bit of transfer, but it doesn't actually fade away. - 94*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 16, 2017
Forget everything else, the color is just stunning! It's the perfect blend of autumn and spring hues. For those with a deep undertone, this is a holy grail lip color. The soft, delicate shade even works beautifully as a blush. After my previous favorite was discontinued, I tried various warm-toned pink lipsticks from high-end to budget-friendly brands. But as soon as I tried this one, I immediately bought two more! The formula is moisturizing, doesn't emphasize dead skin cells, and has a perfect consistency that's neither too matte nor too runny. It has a slight white cast, and even with multiple layers, it doesn't give a vibrant color payoff. So I wouldn't recommend it for those who prefer bold, vivid shades. Also, I'm a bit concerned about the number of potentially irritating ingredients it contains, which makes me a little uneasy when applying it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinNov 13, 2017
The color payoff is absolutely gorgeous... It's perfect for autumn, but not too muted, which I love! And the way it applies is just amazing, I'm in awe! It transfers quite a bit... You'll see clear marks on straws or paper cups, haha! - sm****Combination SkinSensitive SkinOct 20, 2017
I absolutely love it! I tried it at Olive Young and was instantly smitten when I applied it. It feels slightly moisturizing as you rub it in... it's amazing, truly! The color is perfect for me! So I bought it during a sale, hehe. I'm completely satisfied with it. Just for reference, I have quite fair skin. Most foundations are too dark for me, so I usually only wear sunscreen, but for those who say they're pale, this could be your holy grail lip product! There's nothing bad about it! I'm totally in love with it! Oh, it has a steep cutting angle because it's a rouge heel, which could be both an advantage and a disadvantage. But aside from that, I absolutely adore everything about it!
