Since I've been diagnosed with osteoporosis, I take two tablets daily. 3. One bottle lasts me about a month and a half, and the value for money is really good. Among the over-the-counter supplements I've tried, this one causes minimal digestive upset, which I appreciate. 4. I usually buy my supplements, especially calcium formulas, from Olive Young. Most of their calcium products max out at 500mg or less, so many require taking three tablets daily. That's honestly exhausting. I'm already taking a 700mg formula, but finding a single-tablet option with such high calcium and magnesium content plus vitamin D is rare. 5. If you're looking for high potency with excellent value, taking two tablets of this calcium supplement is a fantastic option. I'm writing this review because I genuinely recommend it. For those in their twenties, starting with just one tablet daily now is a smart investment in your future health. 1. The tablets are somewhat large, but honestly, most high-potency calcium supplements are bigger. This size is totally manageable. 2. The smell is a bit strong, I'll admit. However, as someone who's been prescribed hospital-grade osteoporosis medication and has tried countless calcium formulas, I can confidently say this scent level is very acceptable. GNM is a brand created by Han Mi Pharmaceuticals, so it's trustworthy. I've been ordering from them frequently lately and their products are really solid. You probably already know about Green Monster and Nutri D-Day—both are manufactured by Han Mi Pharmaceuticals too.

I loved that I could get everything I need in a single daily dose, so I decided to purchase it. It's really convenient since I only need to take one tablet per day. The only downside is that even though it's just one tablet a day, the pill is quite thick and large, which makes it difficult to swallow.

This is a nutritional supplement I bought and have been taking for a while now. I originally picked it up thinking about my bone health, haha! I'm almost finished with it, so I'll need to grab another bottle soon. The granules come loose in the container, so next time I'm definitely going to look for individually wrapped packets instead.

I loved how convenient it was to take since it has calcium, magnesium, and zinc all together - no need to juggle multiple supplements. I didn't really find any downsides, and I was thrilled that the magnesium helped my eye twitching almost completely disappear. Great value for the price, and the ingredients seem solid too. The results are impressive! To be honest, I can't really think of any major drawbacks, but if I had to pick something, the pill size is a bit larger than I'd prefer.
