One bottle lasts me about a month and a half, and the value for money is really good. Among the over-the-counter supplements I've tried, this one causes minimal digestive upset, which I appreciate. 4. I usually buy my supplements, especially calcium formulas, from Olive Young. Most of their calcium products max out at 500mg or less, so many require taking three tablets daily. That's honestly exhausting. I'm already taking a 700mg formula, but finding a single-tablet option with such high calcium and magnesium content plus vitamin D is rare. 5.     I was looking for a calcium supplement, but I found this has four essential nutrients all in one - calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D. I loved that I could get everything I need in a single daily dose, so I decided to purchase it. It's really convenient since I only need to take one tablet per day.
    The only downside is that even though it's just one tablet a day, the pill is quite thick and large, which makes it difficult to swallow.
