The price is great and you really get what you pay for. I also love that the container is opaque, which keeps the product protected. I'm not sure it's worth the price. I end up taking it with other supplements to see better results. The recommended dose is three capsules daily, but I take two along with other supplements for better effectiveness.

If you have a sensitive stomach or you're new to this supplement, please make sure to split the dose and take one tablet three times throughout the day. 3) With calcium 500mg, magnesium 250mg, vitamin D 200IU, and zinc 7mg, this is actually one of the higher magnesium formulas among the calcium supplements I usually buy at Olive Young. If you're not planning to take magnesium and zinc separately, this is a solid choice. Plus, the value for money is unbeatable—a two-month supply costs less than 20,000 won! 4) Since I've been diagnosed with osteoporosis, I have to take another calcium supplement in addition to this one. (If I don't, my hip bone aches like crazy!) This supplement is absolutely worth every penny. I'm not going to complain about taking multiple pills. 5) Yes, there are a lot of tablets, but looking at the nutritional content, the price point, and the manufacturer, I decided my body adapts well to this formula. I've been taking it consistently for so long that I'm completely used to it now! 6) Other calcium products I'd recommend are Alive and GNM. Alive is a bit pricier (around 30,000 won for a 45-day supply), but it has calcium 700mg, magnesium 350mg, and vitamin D 400IU. The convenience of taking just two tablets daily is nice. GNM has slightly lower amounts, but the value is excellent. I actually rotate between all three of these because I need all of them to keep my hip pain away. 7) Try all three and pick whichever one works best for your body—the one that doesn't cause digestive issues and feels comfortable for you. The downsides are that there are many tablets and they're quite large, plus since they're not coated, there's potential for digestive discomfort. Don't buy this through international shipping. Just get it from Olive Young instead. After receiving an expired product through direct purchase once, I absolutely won't do international ordering again.
