The texture is slightly gel-like, but it's almost as lightweight as a watery formula. It glides onto skin incredibly smoothly with a hydrating feel, though it takes a bit of time to fully absorb. After application, your skin feels refreshed and cool within minutes. It spreads smoothly with that hydrating sensation and finishes with a slightly tacky feel. I think the sticky finish is just part of the formula's nature—aloe gel products tend to have that same finish too. Once applied, your skin feels calmed and appears brighter. I'm guessing that's thanks to the hydration and cooling effect. The ingredients are really impressive. I love that this product contains exactly the good ingredients I'm looking for without unnecessary fillers, and I appreciate that it doesn't have a long ingredient list like I usually dislike. It feels like using a dermatologist-grade skincare product, so I only reach for this when my skin is at its most sensitive. If this doesn't play well with your toner, you might see bubbling on your face after application. If you're someone who dislikes sticky textures, I'd skip this one. Whether it's the aloe ingredient or something else, this product is quite tacky. Plus, it's pricey. I use this product when my skin is extremely sensitive and I can't tolerate any other skincare products.

Since I have oily skin, I use this toner to balance my complexion in summer, and this product alone is all I need. In winter, one product isn't quite enough moisture, so I mix in a drop of jojoba oil and it works beautifully. It does feel slightly tacky if I apply too much, but it absorbs quickly. I used a product from the same brand for 7 years until it was discontinued, so I switched to this line. The ingredients are almost identical, and I've been using it without any skin irritation—it's a perfect match for my skin. The price is quite high for the amount you get, which is disappointing. That said, the formula is so good that I stick with this product anyway. If you mix in just one drop of jojoba oil before applying, your skin feels noticeably more hydrated and nourished.

I have combination skin that's quite sensitive. Whenever I use products with alcohol, my face gets hot and stings, and I occasionally get breakouts. Throughout the summer, I've been keeping this in the fridge along with my cream, and I'm still using it now. It's genuinely so gentle and works really well for my skin. I'm definitely going to keep repurchasing this. It might be a bit too lightweight for seasons other than summer. Starting from the transitional seasons, I layer it with a serum and cream, then add a richer cream or oil balm on top. Also, the price is quite steep.
