      During winter when daylight is short or during rainy seasons when I don't get much sun exposure, I made sure to take this regularly for my health. The capsules are incredibly tiny, about one centimeter each. What I really love is that they're not hard pills at all—they're soft capsules that burst open easily. When I pop one in my mouth, a little liquid comes out and the shell dissolves smoothly, so it's really gentle on my throat and easy to swallow.
      The only annoying thing is that when I open the bottle to take one capsule, they tend to spill out all at once, making it tricky to grab just one. Otherwise, everything about it is great!

      This product is so convenient to take since you can just chew it! It's incredibly compact and has a refreshing lemon flavor, so there's absolutely no hassle to using it~ I'm taking it alongside calcium and really hoping it helps with absorption
      I was honestly surprised when I first saw the bottle because it's so tiny! Since I'm supposed to take it twice a day, I sometimes forget to take my second dose
