Pros
My face was cleared up in one shot with Atopam when I was in middle school, as I remember it helping with my persistent dry skin, so I bought it again. It definitely has a more effective result compared to other creams. However, it hasn't completely healed due to wearing masks, but it has resolved the itchiness and flaky skin, which is good.
Cons
It seems they may have reformulated it, as towards the end it applies with a whitish, flaky feeling. It absorbs quickly, but I feel like it would pill up if I applied makeup right after.

Pros
My second child had extremely dry skin all over their face and body, turning white and their face was red and irritated from eczema. But after applying and massaging the cream regularly, I found it to be very gentle and have excellent moisturizing properties, which was great.
Cons
If I had to point out a downside, since the cream is so moisturizing, it can leave a white cast that takes a bit of time to fully blend in.
Tip
Our child has ultra-dry skin, so we applied it along with baby oil every other day. This helped the moisturizing effects last longer and worked even better.

This is for 18-month-old and 5-year-old children with very dry skin. 1. It doesn't feel sticky at all. 2. Creams are usually quite thick, but this product is on the thinner side for a cream. 3. It makes the skin feel moisturized after application. 4. It absorbs well. After using this for 5 days, my child's skin has noticeably improved!
Cons

I'm also using the ML lotion, so I'll try out the ML cream as well~ Compared to the lotion, it's naturally more dense and has a bit more oil content. But it doesn't feel greasy at all, and you can still feel the moisture, so it has a nice, dewy texture (not as heavy and oily as the Physiogel Intensive Cream). It's fragrance-free and gentle enough to be used by babies, which is great. But the best part is!! After using it for a week, the shine on my forehead and the little bumps on my forehead completely disappeared! Haha Actually, in the winter there are a lot of rich, oily moisturizing creams, so I've been using those mainly. But when I started using the ML cream again recently, that's when I noticed the shine and the bumps going away. I happened to glance in the mirror one day and saw my forehead glowing! I thought it was just a regular moisturizer, but it seems to have taken care of the dryness and the bumps, so it's exceeded my expectations!
Cons
For those with very dry skin, if you're using it as a night cream in the winter, it's better to apply it in two layers with some time in between. It's not an extremely dense product, so applying it all at once in two layers could be too much. Apply it in layers with a bit of time in between.

It was nice and lightweight. If you try to apply a large amount at once, it will become whitish and streaky, so applying it little by little makes the amount last longer.
Cons
Even though I have oily skin, when I apply it in the winter, it dries out quickly, so I add a drop of oil as a finishing touch. If you try to apply it generously, it gets streaky and doesn't absorb well, so you have to keep spreading it out.
