Pros
There is definitely no irritation. Occasionally, I feel a slight stinging, but that's not because it's irritating. The skin calming effect is not dramatic, but for those of you who have had your skin barrier compromised from using irritating products like me, using this gentle product will slowly help restore your skin barrier, and you'll see a calming effect as well. I applied for a free sample on the website and tried it out. The full-size 65ml product is around 6,000 won online, so it's quite affordable. The sample took 2 weeks to arrive, so if you're curious, you can just go ahead and purchase the full-size product, and it should work well for most people.
Cons
I just don't understand why they claim it's a high-moisture cream that lasts 48 hours. Even though I have dry to very dry skin, this is just a basic moisturizer. No matter how thickly I apply it, it's back to the same state as right after cleansing in just 20 seconds. There seems to be no oiliness at all. It's not 48 hours of moisture, it's 4.8 seconds. Compared to the Physiogel Red Soothing Cream I use regularly, the Physiogel at least leaves some oiliness and moisture on my skin for half a day even after applying it thickly. But the Atopam MLE Cream, even if I layer it 3 times, is gone in 30 seconds. My skin feels so tight. Given its characteristics, it seems like this product would be used mostly by infants or those with very sensitive, compromised skin barriers, i.e., dry skin types. But in that case, using this as the sole product is not recommended, as it doesn't provide enough moisture. It would be suitable for normal to combination-dry skin at best (though even combination-dry skin may find it a bit drying).
Tip
Applying the Atopam in a single layer and then following up with my usual Physiogel Red Soothing Cream worked well. After doing that for a few days, my skin condition was maintained quite nicely. It felt like the two products were complementing each other's weaknesses. The Physiogel Red Soothing Cream was effective for repairing my skin barrier, but I was always bothered by the underlying dryness. Using the Atopam as the first layer really helped with that. Some may worry that adding the Atopam to their routine will cause excess oil production, but it actually helps regulate oil, as it has more of a moisturizer feel (I've tested this directly on my oily-skinned sibling).

I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer! I'm sorry I'm a bit late in writing the review. Both my firstborn and secondborn had atopic dermatitis from a young age. As they grew up, I tried all kinds of products that were said to be good, but honestly, the itchiness remained the same. After being selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, I tried the Atopalm MLE Cream on my kids, and it was honestly applied smoothly and moisturized well. The fragrance, which was similar to an ointment, wasn't too strong, and it had a healthy feel to it. If the child's atopic dermatitis isn't too severe, this product seems to be a good option.

However, 1. Even though it's an atopic cream, it somehow didn't seem to agree with my children's skin. After applying the cream, their faces would become a bit itchy, and I could see some reddish bumps coming up. 2. The moisturizing power was disappointing. I had to keep reapplying it constantly, or else their skin would become dry again, and they would start scratching. (Additional review) I tried it myself as well, and even though it claims to provide 48-hour moisture, it seems to be individual differences. For me, by the next morning, my skin started feeling tight again. Considering the change in seasons, it was still quite unsatisfactory. 3. The volume is disappointing. Households with children with atopic dermatitis really can't ignore the volume, as we have to keep reapplying it to the face and body constantly. When I first received it, I was a bit disappointed, thinking it might be a sample and not the full product.
