I've tried this with my children aged 2, 6, and 10. My skin is very dry and I have atopic dermatitis, so I experience severe itching. After using it for about a week, it doesn't seem to work well for skin types with dry skin or atopic dermatitis and associated skin itching symptoms. While it's a cream, it doesn't feel heavy, so it's a suitable product for normal skin types to use during the winter.
Cons
Since it has no fragrance, it has a chemical smell, and there is a whitish cast that requires a lot of rubbing to absorb into the skin. For children who need to get through their bath quickly, this can be a difficult product to apply, as they tend to run away.

My skin is usually very dry, and in the winter, the flaky skin gets really bad. I've always been diligent about moisturizing. My baby's skin was dry and I was just scratching it, but after using Atopalm cream, the scratching phenomenon disappeared! And usually creams are too rich, so they don't spread well or clump up, but the spreadability of this one is really good and it seems to maintain moisture after application, so I liked it. I want to make this my go-to cream!!
