I've been using this product for over 10 years, and it absorbs quickly and applies well without being oily~ It can get a bit heavy in the summer though.

The formula has more of a thick cream texture rather than a moisturizer, so after applying, my skin felt a bit stuffy. As expected, it caused some bumps to appear. It's probably best to avoid this in the summer.

It's better to avoid applying it on areas prone to acne, and use it on drier parts of the body instead, like the backside of the knees. That area is prone to contact dermatitis, so this might work well there.

I've been thinking about this cream again recently, and sure enough, it's still great. In the summer, gel-type or lightweight creams can be disappointing for those with psoriasis or who need more moisture, but when I apply the MLE cream, my children say their skin feels moisturized. The cream has a dense yet soft texture, and it absorbs quickly with just a few gentle pats. Although it contains oils, it doesn't feel greasy or sticky - it just sinks right in. Sometimes when my kids get it on their hands, it's annoying, so I'll just apply it to my own face, and the moisturizing effect is great, especially in the morning when my face looks even better.^^ One jar of this cream is enough for the whole family to use. If you prefer a really lightweight feel, the lotion type is even more fluid, so you may want to consider that as well!

There aren't any major downsides, but lately my skin barrier seems to have weakened, so my skin has become more sensitive. When I apply skincare products, it sometimes feels a bit itchy, especially on the first day. It's not so bad that I feel the urge to wash it off, but there are times when it feels a bit stuffy. Pros
My skin was very acne-prone and sensitive, but after switching from lotion to this cream, it has improved a lot! I had been using an acne-specific lotion before, but this cream seems much better than the acne lotions. The other lotions were a bit irritating to my skin, but this gentle cream has been effective. I think I'll continue using this cream year-round, except for the summer.
Cons
Being a cream, it did feel a bit heavy on my skin in the mornings during the summer. So I would use a different atopic dermatitis-specific lotion in the morning and only apply this cream in the evenings. In the winter, there was a slightly drying sensation, but I didn't want to add another cream as it might irritate my skin, so I just applied this cream twice and that worked fine.
