Pros
Clinique was not a brand that I often used or particularly liked. However, when I accidentally tried a sample that my friend brought, I fell in love with it and immediately purchased it. The part that made me fall in love was the exfoliation. At first, when I used this product, there was only a little bit of lather and it felt slippery even after washing, which really surprised me. But the important thing is that the next morning, my skin felt unbelievably soft!! It was a whole new world. So I thought this might be a peeling gel, but no matter how I looked at it, it was clearly labeled as a facial soap, which surprised me. This part is something only those who used it for the first time can experience. Once you purchase and start using the product, you can't really experience that new world again. It just feels like a regular foam cleanser that doesn't clean very well. But even if you stop using it and then start again, you can still feel a bit of that new world experience. Another good point is that I really like the pump. I use about 0.5 pumps each time, and the amount that comes out through the pump is just right, so the product lasts me a very long time!! And it has 4 key ingredients marked on it, which I felt was gentle. Recently I tried a new foam cleanser and my face got irritated, so I feel this one is quite gentle. And while Clinique is known for being good for oily skin, this one didn't leave any dryness at all, so it also worked well for my dry skin.
Cons
The cleansing feeling is a bit unsatisfactory. You'll be really surprised at first. And the transparent gel-like texture is different from regular foam cleansers, so it takes some getting used to as well. The lather doesn't come out a lot, even though it does lather up when you rub it. It's kind of ambiguous. And the cleansing power doesn't seem to be that great either. And the reason I gave it 3 stars is that I used this product for a year, but throughout that time, I really felt the urge to try other foam cleansers as well. So I think using this along with other cleansers allows you to appreciate its value without getting tired of it. That's how I feel about it.
Tip
I would recommend using this product alternately with another cleanser with better cleansing power, rather than using this one alone. And while the name says it's a soap, and it does have a fairly strong daily fragrance, I think it would be better to use it as more of a treatment product. Once you experience that incredible softness it gives your skin, you'll understand what I mean. It's a whole new world!

Pros
It's a very gentle and cooling cleansing foam! The soft cleansing sensation makes me look forward to washing my face...I've been using Clinique products for over 10 years, and I have a stack of samples at home. I used just the samples for a month, and now I wonder why I didn't start using this sooner. I'll rush to the department store next week to purchase it.
Cons
The fact that you have to use it with cleansing! It lacks cleansing power when used alone.
Tip
I've just been washing my face with water for over 10 years (very dry skin), but this product seems suitable for my morning face wash as well.

I have sensitive dry skin with atopic dermatitis. When I press the pump, a slightly watery gel comes out. It's mild enough to use in the morning without any burden, and it seems to gently exfoliate just the right amount.
Cons
It's not the type that produces a rich lather, so there are times when it feels a bit stuffy. It's also not particularly fragrant, but I've gotten used to it, and now fragranced cosmetics feel burdensome to me. Since it's not particularly strong in cleansing power, those who enjoy a squeaky-clean feeling may be disappointed.

I used this product as a sample and liked it so much that I bought it and used it myself. At first, it seemed to fit me really well, but now the cleansing power seems a bit weak. -It seems to be very gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. -The amount of lather is just right and it's quite ordinary. -It's fragrance-free!

It can be cleansed gently without irritation. It also foams well and can be used several times a day without burdening the skin. It can be used comfortably regardless of the season.

I'm using it well as it lathers well without skin irritation. It doesn't feel tight even when I use it in the morning, which is great.

I'm actually quite sensitive, and I'm in middle school right now, so I'm going through puberty and getting some acne. But I don't have acne all over my face, just a bit of oiliness, haha. Anyway, you can't really question the mildness of this brand, because the Clinique brand itself is focused on gentle products, so they're super soft and non-irritating, which is really great! 1. The lather is amazing! A lot of people say 'Oh, that lathers up so much, it must have all these harsh chemicals in it.' But that's completely wrong. It's like saying if you fart and it smells, you must have eaten 20 sweet potatoes. I really love the dense, fine lather because I feel like it cleans my skin better. You can also use a brush if that's your preference! 2. It brightens my skin tone! I have a bit of a darker complexion, around shade 17. But after using this, I feel like 21 is now too dark for me, and I'm more of a true 13 now, haha. This may vary from person to person, but that was my experience with it. Just wanted to share that with you!

1. I said I like the lathering, but with a gentle product, cleansing can be a bit lacking, unfortunately. When I used this on its own, I felt like it didn't remove everything completely... It's like trying to wipe off oil with a cloth versus steel wool. On days when you've worn more makeup, it's probably better to use an oil cleanser first. 2. My skin feels a bit tight. This is also subjective, but for my super sensitive and dry skin, this product was a bit drying for me.

I found that mixing this product with a random cleansing oil works really well! Definitely give that a try.
