It seemed very neat. There were no particular troubles, and I'm using it without much problem.

It's just average and not strongly scented. I can't really find any standout features.
Cons
I didn't know it had such bad ingredients in it. I bought it thinking it was gentle, but I'm really disappointed. And it feels a bit sticky, so it doesn't rinse off well.

The good thing was that there was no irritation, and the foam didn't come out too much, but the fluffy foam came out, so there was no irritation, and it didn't feel tight after cleansing either.

The disappointing thing is, and this is my objective opinion, I like that squeaky clean feeling after cleansing, but this doesn't have that squeaky sensation and just feels slippery, like it didn't clean properly.

The main strength seems to be that it is mild and gentle. The scent is similar to the one used for babies, and it has helped to significantly calm my dry, flaky skin.
Cons
The rinsing is inconvenient, as there is a slippery feeling that takes some getting used to. And even after washing, my dry skin still feels a bit tight, so I have to quickly replenish the moisture.

It's best to use it for a light cleansing in the morning rather than at night. In the morning rather than at night. If using it at night, it's better to use it as the second step of a double cleansing routine.
Cons
The Pongpong scent... the smell makes me feel like I'm washing my face like doing the dishes... And when using it for the first time, there's a constant slippery feeling on my face (as if there's residue left behind).
Tip
Since it's a Clarisonic, using it with a brush, sponge, etc. to create a lather makes for an even better cleansing experience.
