This cleanser seems to be gentle enough for use even by those with sensitive skin, though it may not be as mild as an acidic cleanser. It's suitable for morning cleansing and for those who don't wear much makeup. When using acidic cleansers, I often feel that my face is still oily and that the oiliness lingers on my hands, sometimes even causing seborrheic dermatitis on my nose. But this cleanser is different - while there's still some residue when rinsing with water, a few more rinses removes the oiliness completely, leaving my skin soft and clean. Pros
After cleansing, I feel refreshed. The lather may not seem to form well at first, but if you mix it with a little water and gently massage it, the lather becomes quite satisfactory.
Cons
The fragrance may be divisive. It has a somewhat detergent-like smell..? I would not recommend this for dry skin. It feels quite drying on my dry complexion.

It's best to use it for a light cleansing in the morning rather than at night. In the morning rather than at night. If using it at night, it's better to use it as the second step of a double cleansing routine.
Cons
The Pongpong scent... the smell makes me feel like I'm washing my face like doing the dishes... And when using it for the first time, there's a constant slippery feeling on my face (as if there's residue left behind).

It's great! This is a cleansing product that exfoliates the skin and the difference is really noticeable when I use this product for cleansing and then do my skincare routine, compared to using other cleansers. My skin texture is definitely more refined and clean! I highly recommend this!
Cons
There's nothing I'm particularly dissatisfied with, but the scent is a bit like a detergent smell?? The fragrance aspect is a little disappointing.

This is the best low-irritation cleanser for sensitive skin. After cleansing, my skin feels really moisturized and comfortable.
