If you cleanse with a sponge that has been sufficiently moistened with water, the oily feeling doesn't remain, which is good. If the lotion's oiliness remains, the lather is also less effective, and you may feel like it's not fully cleansed during the second cleansing.

After switching to this product, I developed an eye allergy and suffered for over a month. At first, I didn't know it was because of this cosmetic and kept using it, going to the hospital, but it didn't get better. When I stopped using it, the issue resolved completely. I really liked Avène products, but I was very disappointed with this one!

I've been using this cleanser for several years now.
As someone with dry, dehydrated skin, a milky type of cleanser is more suitable for me than an oil-based one, so I've been using this for almost 5 years since switching.
It removes even heavy makeup without any issues. 
I think the price is reasonable considering the volume.
The pump packaging prevents air exposure and the pumping action works well. It's a clean and tidy product.
