Pros
This cleanser, as well as the sunscreen, are cleansed without any irritation, so it's clear that when it comes to being non-irritating and gentle, Avène is unparalleled.
Cons
However, perhaps because it's too gentle, if you fail to control the amount, there have been quite a few instances where the sunscreen doesn't get removed either. And the fragrance felt more artificial than the powdery scent of Lotion Douceur, so it felt a bit out of character for Avène.

Pros
I've used CPI cream and a few other Avene products. When I apply just one at night, my skin doesn't feel dry.
Cons
I've continued using the Avene products, but I've felt my face getting a bit red and flushed, and it doesn't seem to be calming my breakouts...
Tip
I think it's better to stick with the mild, existing products I've been using. I probably won't repurchase this...:(

Pros
I bought it on the recommendation of the Olive Young staff, and since I have oily skin, they said it's better to use a milk cleanser instead of a cleansing oil. But it seems gentle and good - it's lighter than oil but still moisturizing and nice!! I haven't repurchased it yet since I haven't finished the bottle, but I'll buy it again once I do!
Cons
The downside is that it doesn't seem to remove makeup that well. The Olive Young staff member also said not to use this alone, and that you should do a separate eye and lip makeup removal. So I use the Bioderma cleansing water first, and then use this as my second cleanse!

It has a mild feeling? It's sensitive, but the fragrance isn't strong, and when you apply it, it adheres smoothly. It doesn't really come off easily, so you have to use a remover and use it for mid-cleansing. After using this, I cleanse again with a cleansing foam - swish swish. As I was looking for a less irritating product, I realized there are quite a few chemical ingredients in this. But I've been using this for years. Anyway, this is a good option for those who prefer less irritating and less moisture-stripping products.

Pros
I have atopic dermatitis, dry skin, and T-zone troubles. When I use a cleansing foam, the cleansing power is good, but my skin feels very tight. Using natural soap seems to have weak cleansing power, and using a cleansing oil worries me about breakouts. After trying this and that, I learned about cleansing milk, but it seemed like just applying cream after double cleansing, it was so gentle. Almost everyone knows about Avène, but I tried their mist before, and for my dry skin, spraying the mist was just... haha. And then I started using this product without much expectation, but wow, even though it's a first cleansing milk, the cleansing power is so good. It does feel very gentle. It applies smoothly and you can see the makeup being washed off when you cleanse your face~

It feels gentle and mild when it touches the skin I didn't know much about my dry skin, so I was cleansing with oil, but after switching to the Avène milk, my troubles decreased and my skin improved So I've been using it consistently... I'm on my third bottle and I think it's a holy grail product
