If you cleanse with a sponge that has been sufficiently moistened with water, the oily feeling doesn't remain, which is good. If the lotion's oiliness remains, the lather is also less effective, and you may feel like it's not fully cleansed during the second cleansing.

After switching to this product, I developed an eye allergy and suffered for over a month. At first, I didn't know it was because of this cosmetic and kept using it, going to the hospital, but it didn't get better. When I stopped using it, the issue resolved completely.
