Pros
I purchased this product believing it to be a famous La Roche-Posay brand.
Cons
There was absolutely no improvement in my condition. Moreover, it did not absorb into my skin, but rather sat on the surface, feeling like clay. Even when I applied it before bed, it would stick to my pillow when I woke up. After using it, the areas with acne became more inflamed and worsened.

It works well for blemishes that come up like mosquito bites without pus. But anyway, these will disappear on their own after half a day..
Cons
I mainly used it for cystic acne, but it had absolutely no effect. In the first place, it's questionable whether it even gets absorbed, as it just hardens into a chalky powder-like substance and sticks to my face after application... I've tried many products from toners to serums, but I think I was just captivated by the fancy names and bought them, they're all pretty mediocre..

Pros
I didn't get along with Eparella... I used it twice and gave it to my younger sibling. My younger sibling is a combination skin type guy.. His skin is on the better side, but he sometimes gets large, red blemishes. However, he likes that they subside quickly, within 2-3 days of using it.
Cons
I'm a La Roche-Posay maniac, so I use their cleanser, toner, essence, and cream. The Toleriane line suits me really well and I like it a lot, but Eparella has been disappointing in every product I've tried. I've tried two Eparella products - the essence and the corrector - but both don't absorb into my skin and just sit on the surface... Though the blemish-treating effect seems to work well on my younger sibling.

Pros
I purchased this product from the dermatologist and have been continuously buying it as it has been very effective. It has the effect of drying out troubled areas quickly, and it is more effective on inflamed acne than on whiteheads. Among all the spot treatments I've tried, this is the most effective while being the least irritating, even for sensitive skin. The great advantage is that it leaves minimal discoloration or scarring.
Cons
This product does not absorb into the skin, but instead forms a white, dried layer on the applied area. When applying makeup, this can peel off like a mask. However, this is not a major downside as the product is effective even when applied only at night.

Pros
I bought this and a foam cleanser for 35,000 won based on the dermatologist's recommendation. The packaging shape is good for applying only to trouble areas. It's slightly thinner than an ointment, but not so runny that it drips. When applied, it spreads smoothly.
Cons
I didn't see much effect. When I applied it to trouble spots and went to sleep, the issues didn't subside at all, and it didn't help bring them to a head quickly either... I dabbed it on without spreading it, and it just hardened and fell off. Unless it's fully absorbed, it always turns white and falls off.

Applying it to large acne-prone areas can later cause it to become lump-like, and it seems like the acne is falling off.
Cons
I keep getting milia, and this is pretty much the only thing I've been using, so I feel like it's because of this. I didn't really notice any effects on small pimples, and you have to apply it little by little and let it absorb, otherwise it really piles up a lot...
