Pros
I've tried countless acne-soothing products, but most of them had a strong smell, were too irritating, and didn't provide much calming effect... This product, however, 1) is almost fragrance-free, 2) is not irritating, and 3) most importantly, is very effective (it's the most effective among all the products I've used so far)
Cons
I've used it for about two months, but there's nothing particularly noteworthy to mention yet.

Pros
I purchased this product from the dermatologist and have been continuously buying it as it has been very effective. It has the effect of drying out troubled areas quickly, and it is more effective on inflamed acne than on whiteheads. Among all the spot treatments I've tried, this is the most effective while being the least irritating, even for sensitive skin. The great advantage is that it leaves minimal discoloration or scarring.
Cons
This product does not absorb into the skin, but instead forms a white, dried layer on the applied area. When applying makeup, this can peel off like a mask. However, this is not a major downside as the product is effective even when applied only at night.
Tip
For severely inflamed and swollen acne, I apply a thin layer of the 2.5% Tox Clear and then cover it with a concealer before going to bed. The next day, the acne is dramatically reduced!

Even though I have sensitive skin, it seems to work gently and I felt that it calmed down in about two days.
Cons
It feels a bit heavy for oily skin... Other than that, there were no issues.

Pros
The acne doesn't seem to come to a head much, and there are only small pimple-like bumps appearing in parts. I squeeze them and apply the essence step. It stings a bit, but the sensation quickly subsides. The lotion has a dense, non-greasy texture with good spreadability, so it doesn't leave the skin feeling dry and is well-absorbed. It seems to be very soothing, so I apply a thin layer after using an exfoliating treatment on the reddened skin. Then that redness also fades nicely. I haven't found a product this good before. It suits me so well that I'd feel uneasy traveling without it... I plan to repurchase once I finish this one.
Cons
The cap gets dirty and turns yellowish... I have to wipe it clean. The packaging also gets a bit crumpled, like an ointment from the pharmacy, so it might be inconvenient when there's not much left.
Tip
I use it not just on my face, but also on body blemishes. For the occasional large pimple, I apply it thickly and leave it on overnight. When I wake up, the area looks primed and the oil is gone, with the pimple subsiding. Some say it feels heavy when applying in the morning, but if you spread it very thinly like a regular lotion and let it absorb, it's fine. The troubled skin definitely feels calmed. Normally when applying trouble care products, the skin feels tight and dry, but this product has minimal irritation. Most importantly, it's effective for adult acne.

The product looks like an ointment, so the contents tend to leak out. You have to regularly clean the cap with a cotton swab.

It seems to be good for sensitive skin. It's very gentle... No peeling either.
Cons
Because it's so gentle, it's hard to see quick trouble relief. And they say you can apply it in small amounts frequently, but if you do that, it dries out a bit like it's peeling off, so I wouldn't recommend it before makeup.
