Pros
I've tried several cleansing balms that are said to be good, such as Banila Co. and Ebrohm. This is the product I've recently settled on. It's moisturizing, in a large size, and the price is very good. The cleansing power is, of course, excellent. I recommend this product.
Cons
Since there's no spatula, you have to be very careful not to let water get in. Other than that, there are no issues.
Tip
For the balm type, it's good to massage it in during cleansing. Massaging it again after wetting it with water is also recommended. I'm sure everyone already knows this, right? And wiping it off with a baby washcloth at the end helps remove any remaining residue.

I think I purchased it for around 30,000 won from the department store's online mall, and the amount is quite substantial. Even if I use it generously every day, it will last for a few months. The good thing is that the makeup is really easy to remove. It all comes off well...And the amount is really a lot. It seems like it will last for about 2 years with the capacity.
Cons
But when I used this, I had a terrible breakout of milia and greasiness on my skin. So I had to go to a dermatologist. Since then, I've been using it only a little to remove my eyes and lips, as I don't want to waste the product I bought.
Tip
I wouldn't recommend using this on your whole face like I did, but if you use it just to remove your eyes and lips, it works amazingly well.

The cleansing is great The large volume means I can use it for a long time No trouble at all Moisturizing I used up the whole bottle! Diligent rolling brings out a ton of sebum and impurities. The gentle ingredients mean I've been using it without any special troubles, so I repurchased it. The volume is great and I like it!
Cons
I didn't think the price was expensive since I bought it at the duty-free shop, so I don't have any regrets at all^^

Pros
At first, I received it as a sample and wondered what it was. Since I had never used a cleansing balm before, I didn't have high expectations, but it was a whole new world for me. As it's a balm type, I thought I would have to scrape it to use it, but it melts and disappears like an oil, leaving a slightly greasy feeling. However, when I wiped it off with water, it didn't leave a sticky residue, but rather a slightly moisturized feeling. It removed most of my makeup well, and there was no tightening sensation, so I liked the usage experience. The ingredients also seem decent enough. That's why I bought a large size at the duty-free shop and have been using it.
Cons
Since this is a balm type, it would be great if it had a spatula, but it doesn't come with one, so I have to buy a spatula separately to use it. When you scoop it out with your hand and it gets wet, it melts right away, so you shouldn't scoop it out with a wet hand. Other than that, I don't really know of any other downsides.
Tip
Even if it's a hassle, it's better to use a spatula. After rinsing it off with water, if you feel a bit sticky, you can finish with a slightly acidic foam cleanser (that's what I do). Don't roll it with your hand when it's wet, as the oil and dirt won't come off easily.

I've been using it since early 2013, so it's been almost 5 years. In the meantime, I've tried other products because I got bored, but I always end up coming back to this one. I prefer the balm type over the oil type, so I've tried almost all the major cleansing balms. In terms of cleansing power, formula, fragrance-free, price (compared to brands like Illi), and volume, this one suits me the best. I can cleanse my face thoroughly with just this one product without the need for a separate eye makeup remover or second cleanse, and it doesn't cause any breakouts. It leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturized. It's also great to bring when traveling.
Cons
I can't really think of any downsides... It might be even better if it had a spatula included.
Tip
Absolutely do not touch it with wet hands. Wash your hands and dry them with a towel before handling, otherwise the moisture will make the formula turn into a watery consistency.

Pros
