It has a nighttime formula, so it's soft. You can melt it with your body heat and use it. You can cleanse with this product alone without a foam cleanser.

I'm crazy about this product - I've used more than five bottles of it. I've heard that cleansing balms are better for dry skin than cleansing oils, and this product was my first experience with a sample-sized version. After trying it, I loved it so much that I immediately bought the full-size product. It's perfect for my dry, sensitive skin - no irritation at all, gentle, removes makeup well, and has excellent moisturizing properties. This is a product I'll be using forever.

Pros
Makeup (concealer, sunblock, BB cream, etc.) is really easy to remove. While I haven't tried eye or lip makeup, those have separate products for removing them by area, so you can use those. After rinsing this product with lukewarm water, you may feel a slight sensation like applying petroleum jelly - if it's unpleasant or uncomfortable, a second cleansing can remove it, but personally I don't think it's necessary. It also seems to wash away blackheads on the nose a bit, which I liked. I would recommend this to models or anyone who regularly wears makeup.
Cons
There is no separate stick or applicator included - you'll need to use your fingers to apply it, so you'll need to be mindful of hygiene (a stick applicator is recommended).
Tip

When washing off makeup in the evening, there is absolutely no irritation and it is very gentle. As it is a rich type, the makeup melts away and little droplets form on the face when rinsed with water. After rinsing thoroughly, there is no dryness at all and it leaves the skin feeling moisturized.

Pros
Although it's a solid formulation, it was fascinating to see how quickly it transformed into an oil-type texture when applied!
