Pros

I'm crazy about this product - I've used more than five bottles of it. I've heard that cleansing balms are better for dry skin than cleansing oils, and this product was my first experience with a sample-sized version. At first, I received it as a sample and wondered what it was. Since I had never used a cleansing balm before, I didn't have high expectations, but it was a whole new world for me. As it's a balm type, I thought I would have to scrape it to use it, but it melts and disappears like an oil, leaving a slightly greasy feeling.
