  This product has been legendary for its absolutely unsmudgeable eyeliner for ages. Among my eyeliners, this is the only one that doesn't smudge at all. It's great for filling in the waterline (it absolutely won't smudge on the waterline either) and drawing the tail (the only downside is that it's difficult to draw). Even after removing my makeup and not washing my face, this has an incredibly long-lasting power that won't budge at all!!!!

  I am a woman with an oily complexion, especially around the eye area. No matter how much I use good products, a few hours later, I turn into a panda.
