It is truly puzzling why this is not chosen as the best eyeliner. This eyeliner is essential for Mussang, as it is strong against sebum. I've tried almost all the famous eyeliners that don't smudge on oily eyelids. The adhesion is truly excellent without any smudging. It withstands water, sweat, and anything else without a problem. This is a product you can use for water activities without any worries!

Pros
This product had excellent staying power. Although it is an extremely long-lasting eyeliner, it does not smear, so I can use it with confidence. I have even used it at water parks, and it has survived. I have tried many eyeliners, but none have been as good as this one.

Pros
This product has been legendary for its absolutely unsmudgeable eyeliner for ages. Among my eyeliners, this is the only one that doesn't smudge at all. It's great for filling in the waterline (it absolutely won't smudge on the waterline either) and drawing the tail (the only downside is that it's difficult to draw). Even after removing my makeup and not washing my face, this has an incredibly long-lasting power that won't budge at all!!!!
Cons
1. The power of its longevity is so incredibly formidable that it's difficult to remove without an eye makeup remover. Even regular cleansing oils can't remove it. 2. It's difficult to apply. An eyeliner brush is a must. 3. It dries quickly, so it requires some skill to apply.

Pros
Most eyeliners tend to smudge and make the eyes look like panda eyes, but this product doesn't smear even when you cry. It has incredible staying power and won't come off until you remove it with an oil-based remover. Despite some downsides, this is the only product that doesn't give you panda eyes, so I have no choice but to use this eyeliner.
Cons
It takes a bit of time to dry, so if you blink before it sets, it can get on your eyelid. And the built-in brush is absolutely useless. You have to dispense it onto the back of your hand and use a separate gel liner brush to apply it. As a result, you have to wipe off the excess from the back of your hand with an oil-based remover before going out.

Pros
It is resistant to oil and tears. It doesn't smear. I tried using a competitor's brush pen and this is much better. The built-in brush can be used to separate the lashes. It dries relatively quickly, but can be quickly corrected with a cotton swab. It wipes off well with an eye makeup remover. Even though it was very hot and humid today, it didn't smear. Because it doesn't smear, my eyes feel comfortable. Fortunately, it doesn't fall off as powder from my eyes.

This eyeliner is amazing! The staying power is incredible. I used to have a lot of trouble with smudging, no matter what I tried, but this product doesn't budge at all. It's easy to apply and I highly recommend it!
Cons
While the staying power is great, it can be difficult to remove. You'll definitely need an eye makeup remover product to get this off.
Tip
Be sure to let the eyeliner dry completely after applying to prevent any smudging!
