I've tried nearly every famous eyeliner that claims not to smudge on oily eyelids. After almost a decade of testing countless domestic and international products, this one stands out as the undisputed champion.

First off, it's challenging to use because it's a liquid formula. I tried applying it with a different brush, but it's not at all easy to draw smooth lines. Also, while its longevity is impressive, it's equally difficult to remove. It's impossible to cleanse it off the eye area without causing irritation.

The staying power is truly exceptional without any smudging. It's completely resistant to water and sweat. This product is perfect for worry-free water activities!
