I use it about once a week.
ConsIt's really inconvenient that the contents spill out when you open the lid. Also, after using the product, parts of my face become red and irritated.

While it's nice that it peels off easily, I really don't like it at all... I'm heading to the dermatologist now.
ConsAs soon as I used it, my skin turned red and now I can't even touch it. I have dry skin, but after using this, I think I've become super sensitive. I didn't even rub it excessively, but my skin feels like it's been completely stripped off and is now red and swollen.

My skin is sensitive and combination dehydrated, leaning towards oily. 1. Texture It's neither thick nor watery. When squeezed onto the back of your hand, it flows but has some viscosity, so it doesn't run too quickly. 2. Exfoliation I ended up buying this thanks to The Saem employee's impressive persuasion skills, even though it wasn't my original intention. They mentioned something about micro-peeling, saying it selectively removes dead skin cells. However, after using it, I didn't really notice the effects they described. It just moderately exfoliates, I guess. But on my skin, it caused a lot of redness after use, like little red spots as if I was having an allergic reaction. I'll mention this in the cons section! 3. Gentleness The employee claimed it was super gentle, but I figured there would be some irritation since it's an exfoliator. For me, it was harsher than expected, so I don't reach for it often. As someone who's used to Innisfree and Sidmool products, I'm not sure if this one has better ingredients, but it definitely doesn't feel gentle to me (having a point of comparison helps in determining what's gentle and what's not). 4. Post-use My face definitely feels smoother after use! It's like I'm reborn after a day of being drenched in oil, impurities, and dead skin cells. However, this is only before I look in the mirror... Before that, my skin feels soft and supple, but when I check the mirror, it's all red and irritated.
Cons1. Scent As you apply and massage it on your face, you can't help but inhale the product's scent. The combination of fragrance and ethanol creates an extremely unpleasant smell that makes me hold my breath while using it. Also, it stings while applying. It's like poison for sensitive skin. 2. After-use When I look in the mirror after use, I see red spots all over my skin. They do subside after 1-2 days, but who wants to deal with this risk? Absolutely not recommended for sensitive skin types. My whole face also becomes flushed. 3. Price I remember it being really expensive. For a drugstore brand, the price for this exfoliator was quite high. Considering it doesn't suit my skin, it's really disappointing.
TipIt works great on elbows and heels though! As with all cosmetics, if it doesn't work for your face, try it on your feet. (The attached photo is just to prove that I actually used this product.)

After using it, my skin feels soft and smooth, and makeup applies beautifully.
ConsThe downside is that while the peeling gel itself can be a bit harsh on the skin, I noticed my face tends to get even redder after use. Unfortunately, I won't be repurchasing.

Seriously!
ConsI rarely write reviews, but I'm currently at the dermatologist because of this product. My skin is on the sensitive side, and this was incredibly irritating. I've never had my skin react this badly in my life. After using it, my entire face felt like it had been burned - it was stinging and swollen red. I didn't even scrub hard, but as soon as I started exfoliating, I felt a burning sensation and stinging. I strongly advise against using this if you have sensitive skin or during dry winter months when skin tends to be more sensitive and dehydrated.

As someone with a lot of dead skin cells, I usually need to exfoliate 2-3 times a week, but this wasn't irritating at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous size of the product. It felt like it was clearing up some of my blackheads and whiteheads. Even when applied over blemishes, it didn't cause any stinging sensation. I loved how gentle it felt on my skin without any tingling.
ConsWhile it wasn't irritating or sensitizing, after about 7 weeks of use, it seems my skin didn't agree with it as I started getting small, millet-like pimples all over. Rather than the dead skin cells rolling off, the product itself seemed to pill when rubbed on my hands. The opening is too large, making it difficult to control the amount dispensed - too much comes out at once when you squeeze it.

As you roll it, it feels like dead skin is coming off, but it's actually the gommage. These particles roll off, taking dead skin cells with them. After rolling and rinsing with lukewarm water, your skin feels as smooth as a peeled egg!
ConsI have combination dehydrated skin prone to occasional large blemishes and small bumps, so I exfoliate twice a week. This product causes a slight burning sensation when applied. It also seems to have an alcohol scent, and when applied to the face, it feels volatile? It's quite irritating. Though this might have been intensified because I used it after extracting my pores.
TipIt's probably best to use this only once a week, and only when your skin isn't wounded.

It's satisfying to see the dead skin cells visibly rolling off - that's oddly pleasing! It's not harsh on the skin either. The salesperson mentioned this is the only peeling gel The Saem offers. For a product I purchased solely based on recommendation, without any prior research, I'm quite impressed!
ConsThe downside is that my skin felt a bit itchy after use. Perhaps it's because my previous product was so gentle in comparison.

After use, your face feels fresh and smooth.
ConsIt was too harsh for my skin. My face felt burning and tingling. I'm afraid not everything that comes off is sebum, so it almost feels a bit deceptive.

It seems quite gentle on the skin.
ConsI was really surprised when dead skin cells reappeared shortly after using this product. It doesn't seem to suit me well as the flakiness comes back almost immediately.
