After using a silicone-free or other stiff shampoo, when your hair lacks bounce and feels frizzy, it's helpful to apply two or three pumps to damp hair and dry. This really helps restore that silky movement. It has a strong, greasy scent and leaves a slippery residue on your hands. If it gets on your bangs, it can cause blemishes on your forehead. To avoid breakouts on your face, make sure to wash your hands before touching your face, otherwise you might end up with skin issues. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAug 24, 2020
It's such a versatile hair oil that I find myself reaching for it often. However, it tends to leave quite a residue on your hands, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who dislike sticky textures. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 3, 2020
After applying the essence to my hair damaged by coloring and heat styling, it combs through easily. That's why I'm satisfied with it. Even though I seem to have applied all the essence to my hair, there's a lingering slippery feeling. No matter how much I wash my hands, they still feel slick, and I think I've developed more blemishes on my face. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 9, 2020
I've been nourishing my hair with this after blow-drying, and it's making my locks so soft and silky! There's a slight residue left behind, but aside from that, I'm completely satisfied with everything else. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinMar 13, 2020
It's just okay... I know not to expect instant hair repair or anything too dramatic, and I wasn't expecting that anyway. There's no real standout feature. When I apply it, I don't notice my hair becoming particularly softer or looking smoother. It's just L'Oreal, a brand that's generally reliable when it comes to hair care. It might be worth trying once. It's quite oily, leaving an unpleasant residue on my hands after application. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 1, 2020
It's great for achieving strong, healthy hair. You get both strength and a calm, manageable texture. If I had to nitpick, I'd say there's a slight oily residue left on your hands. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinDec 26, 2019
My hair tends to get flat easily, but this product kept it voluminous without weighing it down. I love that it's an oil but doesn't feel heavy. I've been using it consistently since I first tried it. The downside is that it leaves a bit of residue on your hands, so you definitely need to wash them with soap after application, which can be a bit inconvenient. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 30, 2019
My coworker frequently bleaches her hair, leaving it looking like a mess. But when I touched it, it felt surprisingly nice, so I asked about her hair care routine. She recommended this product... I bought it during an Olive Young sale, and wow, it really does wonders for your hair texture! I apply it twice - once when my hair is still slightly damp before blow-drying, and again after it's completely dry. Before using this, my hair was super dry and frizzy, especially after a bad perm that left it looking like a disaster. But since I started using this, I'm slowly getting back to my original, healthier hair condition! It's so satisfying when friends notice and compliment how much better my hair looks now. The scent is also quite pleasant and long-lasting. I'm really enjoying using this product! One downside is that my hair reaches just above my chest, and usually, I focus on applying products to the ends where it's most damaged. However, after using this, I noticed blemishes appearing on my lower cheeks! I checked the ingredients, and they don't seem great. While it improves hair texture, the blemishes are a concern, so I've reduced my usage to occasional applications. Also, there's always residue left on my hands after applying, which only comes off with soap. I wish I had known this before buying! I hope this information helps those considering purchasing this product! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 24, 2018
The texture is not too thick, but flows nicely. It has a pleasant scent, and there's a noticeable difference between days when I use it and when I don't. Since it's designed for extremely damaged and dry hair, it's a bit heavier and leaves some residue on the palms, which is slightly disappointing. However, you can always wash your hands afterward. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 7, 2018
This product is great. It feels like it prevents my hair from getting frizzy. Oh, I really like it! However, after applying, there's a residue left on my hands that requires washing with soap about twice to remove. I guess it's unavoidable since it's so rich After washing my hair, I apply one pump of this (since I'm a guy with short hair). Then I evenly spray a hair mist or mist-type treatment that's good for use anytime. After blow-drying, my hair is much less puffy and becomes really smooth. I have curly hair that tends to get frizzy, but I've discovered a great tip here
