I was pleased to see some recovery when I applied it daily to my damaged hair. The hair essence's scent was too strong, which made using it unpleasant. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAug 29, 2022
This hair oil is an absolute must-have for my wavy, damaged hair. The generous volume means it lasts a long time, and it's a product I've been loyal to. It tames my unruly lion's mane and nourishes my locks. I highly recommend it! The only downside? The scent. It smells a bit like perm solution, and it's not exactly a pleasant fragrance. After washing my hair, I apply one pump of this oil to my strands before blow-drying. Then, when my hair is about 80% dry, I use another pump (remember, this isn't meant for the scalp). Finally, I finish drying with cool air for best results. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinJul 27, 2022
I bought this with my own money from OLIVE YOUNG. Originally, I had a different product, but I accidentally dropped it one morning and the glass bottle shattered. So I quickly rushed to buy a replacement, and luckily it was on sale! My hair is extremely damaged from bleaching twice and dyeing three times, but this product works wonders for me! The scent isn't bad either. Due to my severely damaged hair, I find that I need to pump it twice for the best results. Hmm... I noticed it contains quite a few potential allergens. So far, I haven't experienced any issues while using it. It's only been one day, so I'll update my review after using it for a longer period. For best results, towel-dry your hair, then apply one pump of the product. After your hair is completely dry, follow up with another half pump. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 20, 2022
Instantly adds nourishment and softness to your hair. The price is great compared to other 100ml hair oils on the market. Even for someone like me with extremely damaged hair (bleached three times and dyed multiple times), it manages to restore it to some extent, haha! If I had to nitpick, I'd say the scent is too subtle. It's more for damage repair than basic maintenance, so if you apply it incorrectly, it might make your hair a bit sticky... that's about it? For those with severely damaged hair, apply a hair emulsion first, let it absorb a bit, then follow with this oil. Your hair will become twice as silky smooth! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 28, 2022
It calms frizz and makes your hair soft. Highly recommended for extremely damaged hair. It has a coconut scent, which might not be appealing to those who are particular about fragrances. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 13, 2022
As someone with bleached hair dealing with the triple threat of coloring, perming, and overall hair chaos, oil is an absolute must. This one definitely delivers a powerful dose of nourishment. I used to use Moremo oil, but I decided to try this one since it was on sale and ranked well at Olive Young. Personally, while both provide nourishment, Moremo manages to nourish without making my hair oddly stiff. Once I finish this bottle, I think I'll go back to Moremo. This product can make your hair stiff if you're not careful. Apply it sparingly, starting from the ends of your hair. Finish with a mist to avoid stiffness. It's quite heavy, true to its description. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 4, 2022
After using Mise-en-Scene hair oil for years, I decided to switch things up and try L'Oréal. I think it was a good decision! While Mise-en-Scene felt slightly lighter, this one has a richer feel to it. Since I alternate between bleaching and going back to black hair, my hair tends to be quite damaged. Even after using a hair mask and styling with a flat iron, there's usually still a bit of frizz left. But after using this oil, it really tames that frizziness much better. I'm also very sensitive to scents, but the fragrance of this oil is absolutely lovely. When I style my hair in the morning and apply this oil before heading out, the scent lasts all day until I get home in the evening, which I absolutely love. Being an oil, it does leave your hands quite slippery, to the point where you need to wash them with cleansing foam afterward. But that's to be expected with an oil product. Honestly, I don't have any real complaints! I apply a small amount as the very last step after completely drying and styling my hair, and it works great without making my hair greasy. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 26, 2022
As someone who frequently gets perms, my hair was quite damaged, frizzy, and prone to static electricity. This product, being oil-based, does a fantastic job of taming my hair and making it more manageable. It seems to nourish my locks well too. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. Above all, I absolutely adore the fragrance! I can't really think of any downsides, except perhaps that the glass container might be prone to breaking or leaking. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 23, 2022
A reliable product that's easy to use. I appreciated how it nourished and calmed my damaged hair. If your hair isn't damaged, it might feel a bit heavy. The scent is also quite rich and intense. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinJan 18, 2022
This product speaks for itself... It's my first time using a hair oil, and the scent is woody? Or maybe caramel-like? It's hard to describe - you really need to smell it yourself. The texture is just right, not too heavy or too light, making it comfortable to use. It definitely adds shine and nourishment to dry hair. My hair has improved so much lately! While my hair isn't extremely damaged, I might dye it soon, and this product is so popular, I decided to give it a try. I'm really impressed. It doesn't run out quickly either... There's honestly nothing to complain about. I'm struggling to find any downsides, even though I'm supposed to mention something! If you have dry, brittle hair or need some extra nourishment, go grab this product right away!
