Pros
It's not irritating, and the Kiss Me mascara washes off too easily!! It doesn't sting or feel harsh when it gets in my eyes, so it seems gentle. I'm very satisfied with it.

The small size is disappointing... It feels like I've barely used it, but it's already running low.

Pros
I have sensitive, dehydrated skin. I bought it because it was said to be made similar to the concentration of tears. It doesn't sting when it gets in my eyes, and it feels gentle. My eyes don't get cloudy or anything when I open them!! (It's best if it doesn't get in, but sometimes it does...) They say it's free of parabens and fragrances. (Seems really great) I plan to continue using it~!
Cons
When it's not on sale... it feels a bit pricey, but? Still, the good stuff is good. I wish the volume was bigger (but that's just me)
Tip
Dab it onto a cotton pad, then gently pat it around your eyes. Hold it there for 3 seconds, then wipe it off~!

I usually have slightly sensitive skin around my eyes and a bit of eye irritation as well! 1. No eye irritation - I'm not sure if it's because I'm not extremely sensitive, but I didn't experience any eye irritation! Some products can even make my eyes tear up, but this one didn't do that.🤔 2. Is this also a plus? The design is pretty 😂 - I used to use the Innisfree one, but compared to other eye makeup removers, the design of this one is quite pretty.

1. The ingredients are a bit disappointing I bought this online at the duty-free store before a trip abroad, so I didn't check the ingredients. Of course, they're at the very end of the list, but still...😖 2. The cleansing power is lacking I usually use the 'Kiss Me' mascara, and even after pressing and rubbing for about 30 seconds, it doesn't remove it as smoothly. But it does remove regular eyeshadows and eyeliners pretty well.🤛

It's very gentle. Even if it gets in your eyes, it doesn't sting! There were occasional reviews saying it was irritating, but it was fine for me. The cleansing power is also good, so I'm using it well. I'll likely finish a bottle soon.

It's great that it doesn't irritate my eyes. Apply it gently. I just popped into Costco but I can't find it now. I'll have to buy it at Olive Young.
Cons
It would be better if it had a pump. Haha. When using it, I have to shake it, so I'm a bit concerned about whether it's mixed well while I'm wiping it.

It's amazing! Among the removers I've tried, this is the gentlest! If you buy it as a one-plus-one deal at Olive Young, the price is not burdensome, and most importantly, it doesn't sting my eyes at all. I was worried because many people said it stings, but I guess I have tough skin. Even when the remover liquid gets into the crevices of my eyelids during makeup removal, it doesn't sting at all!! I've tried all sorts of gentle products, but this remover is the first of its kind, so I'm really pleased. I now realize it's a great product that has passed ophthalmological testing. It's gentle yet effective! By the way, I only use heavy eyeshadows, waterproof eyeliners daily. I don't use Kiss Me-level eyeliners, mascaras, or false lashes - this remover's cleansing power is just perfect for my needs!

Aaah, it stings a bit. I can feel my eyelids stinging from the remover liquid, but it's not burning, just a delicate minty sensation, so it's okay. And you really have to shake it a lot.. It's also a bit tricky to wipe off - I just shook it, but it's already separating so quickly. The cap is large, so it's inconvenient to open and close quickly. The hole is small, so you can't soak the cotton pad all at once, which is a bummer.

I heard some people say it stings, so I asked the Eucerin counselor at Olive Young about it. They said the basic tip is to not rub, but to press down gently while wiping. If you shake it enough and soak the cotton pad thoroughly, it will just naturally transfer to the eyelid. For any stubborn spots, just gently dab and wipe it off. I feel a bit silly sharing these tips..! For purchasing, it's the one-plus-one deal at Olive Young. When soaking the cotton, you have to shake it while doing so, since the hole is small. This is truly, truly, truly amazing! No words can describe it. It's so gentle!! I bought it because they said it's as gentle as tears, and it really is so gentle~* But I was worried that since it's so gentle, my makeup wouldn't come off easily. However, even my heavy waterproof makeup comes off easily and completely without any effort. I think I'll be using this product exclusively from now on, I love it so much!

It didn't irritate my eyes, it wiped off well, it didn't leave a white cast, and after wiping it off, it felt moisturizing... I was quite satisfied with it, but I guess it depends on the individual.
Cons
I tested it at Olive Young and bought it at the regular price, but do they have sales often?

I covered the opening with a cotton pad, shook it vigorously, squeezed it out, closed my eyes, and pressed it for about 3 seconds, then released the pressure, and it wiped off very well.

I had LASIK surgery and my eyes are sensitive, but I used this remover without any irritation or redness. The cleansing power was also decent, not too bad.
