I purchased it with a one-to-one ratio and used it up completely. It wipes off well. The Kiss Me Mascara also wipes off well. There were no symptoms of the eyes becoming pale or irritated.

When using it on the lips, I dab it on a cotton pad and hold it there for about a minute, and sometimes I get a numbing sensation. The separation happens too quickly. As soon as I put it down after shaking it, the separation occurs, so in the end, only the blue layer on top is left.
