It's not irritating, and the Kiss Me mascara washes off too easily!! It doesn't sting or feel harsh when it gets in my eyes, so it seems gentle. I'm very satisfied with it.

The small size is disappointing... It feels like I've barely used it, but it's already running low.

Pros
I have sensitive, dehydrated skin. I bought it because it was said to be made similar to the concentration of tears. It doesn't sting when it gets in my eyes, and it feels gentle. My eyes don't get cloudy or anything when I open them!! (It's best if it doesn't get in, but sometimes it does...) They say it's free of parabens and fragrances. (Seems really great) I plan to continue using it~!
Cons
When it's not on sale... it feels a bit pricey, but? Still, the good stuff is good. I wish the volume was bigger (but that's just me)

Dab it onto a cotton pad, then gently pat it around your eyes. Hold it there for 3 seconds, then wipe it off~!

Pros
It really washes off very gently. With mild products, mascara often doesn't come off well, and you end up with stained skin under the eyes when you wake up, but this product has none of that, which I really like. It's a derma brand, so it's a brand I trust and love. I plan to repurchase!
Cons
The layers really separate very quickly, so you have to mix it really hard~Having to shake it so vigorously every time you use it is a downside, if that can be considered a downside. That's why I took off one star. But it's so mild and good that it makes up for that flaw~
Tip
To minimize wrinkles around the eyes, don't rub, but instead soak a cotton pad thoroughly and let it sit to melt the makeup, then wipe it off~

It's very gentle. Even if it gets in your eyes, it doesn't sting! There were occasional reviews saying it was irritating, but it was fine for me. The cleansing power is also good, so I'm using it well. I'll likely finish a bottle soon.

Pros
I received this as a gift from a friend, and I'm wondering why I didn't use it sooner. It wipes off so well, doesn't irritate, and is just wonderful!
Cons
You have to shake it before use, but the layers separate too quickly, making it inconvenient to scoop out with the cotton.
Tip
Because of the layer separation, I've been applying it without shaking from the beginning, and instead scooping it out with the cotton while shaking it.

The Kissme mascara with its dedicated remover comes off easily. While removing it, I sometimes accidentally get it in my eyes, but there is no irritation.
