Pros
I purchased it with a one-to-one ratio and used it up completely. It wipes off well. The Kiss Me Mascara also wipes off well. There were no symptoms of the eyes becoming pale or irritated.
Cons
When using it on the lips, I dab it on a cotton pad and hold it there for about a minute, and sometimes I get a numbing sensation. The separation happens too quickly. As soon as I put it down after shaking it, the separation occurs, so in the end, only the blue layer on top is left. Although there were no issues, and I continued using it, the ingredients are not that great, and lately, there have been good lip and eye removers coming out, so I don't think I'll repurchase it.

Pros
It's not irritating, and the Kiss Me mascara washes off too easily!! It doesn't sting or feel harsh when it gets in my eyes, so it seems gentle. I'm very satisfied with it.
Cons
The small size is disappointing... It feels like I've barely used it, but it's already running low.

Pros
I have sensitive, dehydrated skin. I bought it because it was said to be made similar to the concentration of tears. It doesn't sting when it gets in my eyes, and it feels gentle. My eyes don't get cloudy or anything when I open them!! (It's best if it doesn't get in, but sometimes it does...) They say it's free of parabens and fragrances. (Seems really great) I plan to continue using it~!

When it's not on sale... it feels a bit pricey, but? Still, the good stuff is good. I wish the volume was bigger (but that's just me)

It's very gentle. Even if it gets in your eyes, it doesn't sting! There were occasional reviews saying it was irritating, but it was fine for me. The cleansing power is also good, so I'm using it well. I'll likely finish a bottle soon.

Pros
My eyes don't get hazy or irritated, which I really like. I have quite sensitive eyes and really dislike anything that makes my eyes feel hazy, and I was constantly uncomfortable when using cleansing oils before, but this one doesn't hurt even when I wipe it off firmly. I usually use cotton swabs and clean thoroughly, but I didn't particularly notice anything worse than other removers. However, since the ingredients seem decent, I think I'll keep using this.

The layers really, really don't mix. They're seriously unmixed... After shaking it with the lid on and then opening the lid to try to get some on a cotton pad, I could see the layers were still separated. Mixing this is the most annoying part - I'm even considering switching to something else because of it.
Tip
It seems like everyone else is doing this, but just don't shake it with the lid closed. Open the lid and hold a cotton pad over the opening, then shake it while it's open. This way, you can drastically reduce the time it takes to mix and get it on the cotton pad.

It's amazing! Among the removers I've tried, this is the gentlest! If you buy it as a one-plus-one deal at Olive Young, the price is not burdensome, and most importantly, it doesn't sting my eyes at all. I was worried because many people said it stings, but I guess I have tough skin. Even when the remover liquid gets into the crevices of my eyelids during makeup removal, it doesn't sting at all!! I've tried all sorts of gentle products, but this remover is the first of its kind, so I'm really pleased. I now realize it's a great product that has passed ophthalmological testing. It's gentle yet effective! By the way, I only use heavy eyeshadows, waterproof eyeliners daily. I don't use Kiss Me-level eyeliners, mascaras, or false lashes - this remover's cleansing power is just perfect for my needs!

Aaah, it stings a bit. I can feel my eyelids stinging from the remover liquid, but it's not burning, just a delicate minty sensation, so it's okay. And you really have to shake it a lot.. It's also a bit tricky to wipe off - I just shook it, but it's already separating so quickly. The cap is large, so it's inconvenient to open and close quickly. The hole is small, so you can't soak the cotton pad all at once, which is a bummer.

This is truly, truly, truly amazing! No words can describe it. It's so gentle!! I bought it because they said it's as gentle as tears, and it really is so gentle~* But I was worried that since it's so gentle, my makeup wouldn't come off easily. However, even my heavy waterproof makeup comes off easily and completely without any effort. I think I'll be using this product exclusively from now on, I love it so much!
