MAC lipsticks deliver exactly what you see - it's that magical pigmentation that keeps you coming back, even if the ingredients aren't top-notch. The shade is a vibrant fluorescent pink with subtle hints of purple and white. It instantly reminds me of Go Eun-ae from 'Run On'! Since it was a gift, I tried both gradient and full lip applications to see how it suits my face (for reference, I'm a Winter Cool Vivid). The gradient application isn't a perfect match, but it's not bad either. However, when I applied it full-lip, I burst out laughing - it was like seeing Go Eun-ae from 'Run On' in the mirror! My mom pulls it off well, and I can make it work with a light application. So, it narrowly escaped being banished to the drawer indefinitely. Interestingly, it looks great on my sister, who's a Summer Cool. I guess it really depends on your specific personal color tone or complexion.
ConsAs someone who prefers full lip application, I'm disappointed that it doesn't suit me that way. It's a shame because the color is beautiful, but it's so unique that it's hard to work with. This is just my personal regret. While I might consider repurchasing a similar shade in the future, I probably wouldn't pay full price for this one again.
TipDespite its drawbacks, this lipstick is unbeatable for mixing and layering. Try applying it as a base under a pinkish red lipstick - it tones down the fluorescent effect and creates a fresh, sweet lip color perfect for spring and summer!

For a matte lipstick, it applies smoothly and feels less drying than expected. As a summer cool tone, I usually gravitate towards fuchsia pinks, but this one suits me moderately well. It's a bit bold? The pink is quite vibrant, so I need to apply it lightly. It's a bright, fluorescent pink with a hint of purple. Hmm... it's hard to describe, but there might be a touch of white mixed in too. This gives it a slightly floating appearance. I agree with another review that mentioned even as a summer cool tone, it's challenging to pull off this 'Candy Yum-Yum' shade completely. Still, the color itself is really beautiful!
ConsThe scent was disappointing. It smells like pills... It tends to accentuate wrinkles a bit. Dead skin cell management is a must!

And it's bright?! Sigh. It leans more towards neon pink than hot pink. Even for summer cool tones, it might be hard to pull off. In summer, with black hair, I applied it on my lip outline and used a different tint for the inner lips - it looked absolutely gorgeous! (Pretending to be summer cool... styling like summer cool...) However, I feel like this is strictly a summer-only shade.
ConsAlthough it's a matte lip, it's not a retro matte. Compared to my other three retro matte lipsticks, this one feels less matte.
TipThis shade works best with black hair in summer! If used skillfully, you can achieve an innocent look.
