Pros
The formulation is on the watery side, but absorption is quick. I have sensitive skin prone to inflammatory acne and combination issues, where my whole face can flip the next day. This product doesn't seem to irritate my skin. It's refreshing. This is a lotion I want to keep using without looking for other products. I've tried fermented cosmetics that are supposedly great for one's skin, and this is much better for my skin compared to other similar-priced brands I've used. The fragrance-free formula makes it easy to apply without any burden. However, those with dry skin may find it too drying to use without a cream or next step.
Cons
For the first few days, it seemed a bit too lacking in oil (though it didn't cause any breakouts). It must have been an adjustment period, because after that, my skin's own oil production became just right and well-balanced. It's on the pricier side, but the benefits outweigh the cost. I only use a toner and this lotion as my skincare basics, and I use a relatively affordable toner.

It seems to be a good product that is not irritating and gentle, so it's good to apply frequently. Also, I'm pleased that the ingredients themselves are not harmful.
Cons
Since there are no harmful ingredients, the cream itself seems to have difficulty fully replenishing moisture (ironic;;) So I took off one star. I use this in the essence step and finish with another cream.
Tip
Since the moisture level is a bit weak, I blend in a couple drops of oil and apply it in the essence step, then finish with a moisturizing cream. That way, it stays hydrated until the next day. :)

Pros
After using the Clinique lotion, I suffered from contact dermatitis and had a really hard time with my skin being completely irritated. I came across this lotion because it was marketed as a gentle product. It's truly the perfect product for my combination and sensitive skin. Using it doesn't cause any irritation at all, it's just great. The liquid formula applies lightly and there's no fragrance, which I really appreciate. 100% would repurchase!!!
Cons
I don't have any complaints, but I think those with dry skin might find it a bit drying to use.

This is really a gentle cosmetic... I like the unique light scent. I've been using it every day since I'm 36 weeks pregnant, and I'm so relieved and happy about it.

It's so great... I didn't know I was sensitive either But recently, every time I use it, my skin gets irritated I went to Shilla Stay and got the amenities, and they're really gentle

Among emulsions (lotions), this is the only one that doesn't cause any trouble. It's really gentle and good. It doesn't get greasy, and I especially like that I can apply cream on top of it. I don't feel any dryness and it's great. The ingredients are also gentle.
Cons
It seems to be going out of stock? Many places are out of stock, which makes me feel uneasy. Please check the expiration date carefully when purchasing. I received a product with an imminent expiration date, as if they were clearing out the inventory at department stores and online.

I have sensitive atopic skin, but this product didn't cause any trouble and worked well for me. I used this instead of a cream, and I didn't feel like it was lacking in any way. It also didn't slide off when I put on makeup. I recommend it.

The multi-functional essence absorbs gently when applied. While it doesn't have a soft, velvety feel, the lack of oiliness was great for me to use before bedtime. It didn't cause any breakouts.

My skin is very sensitive and reacts with irritation at the slightest hint of harshness. After discovering the Hwahae app, I searched for and found this lotion. It absorbs well without any irritation, and I don't even need to apply a separate cream - it leaves my skin feeling nicely moisturized~
