This is an extremely subjective review.
I came across this product while browsing through reviews for Diodinary. I'm so grateful to the person who left that review, which led me to discover this product.
• The ingredients are perfect for sensitive skin, just as the product name suggests.
• The formula is very hydrating.
• In the summer, this would be enough on its own, but in the current blustery weather, I mix it with an oil. It works great.
• The balance of oil and moisture is just right.
There's so much more I could say, but I don't know... This product is just too good for me. Why is that?
I've hoarded quite a lot of it now, haha.

I guess I'll have to buy them from secondhand sellers on online marketplaces sometimes 😭 This is truly a life-changing lotion
With this one, you don't need a separate moisturizer or essence
When your skin is dry, just apply it twice and it absorbs without leaving a sticky residue

I use aloe vera to hydrate my skin, and in the summer I just apply the Olsensitive cream alone. In the winter, I mix the Olsensitive with Aveda tea tree oil - it's the perfect combination!

While it excels at soothing, the moisturizing effect is somewhat lacking.

This is a must-have product for me as it has an amazing soothing effect, even though I have dehydrated sensitive skin. The cylindrical shape means it lasts much longer than expected!

 - They say to minimize your skincare routine when you have sensitive skin, right? That's why I stick to just a few steps - COSRX toner, The Ordinary niacinamide, this product, and then hemp seed oil. I'll use the Uriage Toléderm cream before the oil if needed.
- The combination of niacinamide, this product, and hemp seed oil is truly amazing.
- If you're like my past self, constantly going back and forth on Hwahae, struggling with chronic skin issues - I really urge you to try this at least once. I can't guarantee it will work for you, as individual differences are unavoidable, but it's been a lifesaver for me.
- I even gave a bottle to my sister (who has oily skin) and she loved it, asking where she can buy it.
- Update 12/30/2017: It's still amazing, the best. Now that it's winter, using just the The Ordinary niacinamide and this product isn't enough to survive the dry office. So I've started using the Acwell sun gel, which is surprisingly moisturizing, not drying at all. Wonderful! It's a shame this product has been discontinued, I wish I could still easily purchase it.

 - There is one fatal flaw: it's been discontinued. I've even emailed Aveda Korea and the headquarters, hoping the CEO will be moved and reinstate it.
- I know the remaining stock in Korea has already been snatched up, and I heard a sensitive version of the Botanical Kinetics line will be released in May. But I'm worried the formula and ingredients will be different. 
- I had been eyeing this product for a long time, so even though it's been discontinued, I had to get my hands on it.
- For now, I can still find it online, though not the full-size product (it seems to be the hotel amenity version). I'm anxious about how long that will last, so I've already repurchased.
- Another downside is the price - around 50,000 KRW for 5oz. But if I get the 8oz hotel amenity version for around 45,000 KRW, that's not bad. The only drawback is it comes in a travel-size container without a pump.
- But even that is a small price to pay, as the product performance outweighs everything. Unless my skin type changes, I'll be using this until the day I die.

 The redness has noticeably decreased.
- Ah, and my makeup doesn't slide off anymore!
- This is truly a holy grail product. Whoever said sensitive skin products don't have dramatic effects, well, here it is.

You don't need a cream, applying this twice is enough and it doesn't make my combination skin feel dry.☺

I wish they had a larger size available...it seems like they don't have a large size option.....ㅠㅠ The price? It was a bit expensive, but I liked it so much that I'll buy it again.

I had seborrheic dermatitis, sensitivity, redness, and trouble with my skin, but after using this product, my seborrheic dermatitis, redness, and trouble have improved a lot. The ingredients are really good, and in the winter, I finish with a skin lotion during the day and apply a night cream in the evening, but now I apply the lotion twice in the evening before bed and it's been great. It seems to be perfect for the current weather, highly recommended!👍👍

Even though I have oily skin, I apply the Physiogel cream in addition to this, as it's a bit lacking.

I used to have a lot of acne and was an oily-dry skin type, but since using this, I don't get any breakouts anymore. 
It seems to be gradually disappearing from duty-free shops, so I'm worried it might be discontinued. This is a product that really shouldn't be discontinued.

It's not a face-specific lotion, and I wish it was a bit more matte.

The concentration is just right and there are no breakouts, so it's great.

Like any cosmetic ingredient, one of Aveda's signature plant-based ingredients may cause an allergic reaction or side effect for some individuals. Additionally, while the product is not officially discontinued or scheduled for discontinuation, for some reason it is constantly out of stock on the official website, and it is also often unavailable in department store displays.

Personally, I think Aveda's hair products are a bit overrated, while their skincare products are excellent but relatively underrated. This moisturizer is also suitable for sensitive skin, as it is free of harmful ingredients and contains many ingredients that help stabilize the skin and provide hydration. The feel when applied is very gentle, and as long as you don't mind the slightly pungent herbal scent, it is sufficient to use as a lotion.

Since the moisture level is a bit weak, I blend in a couple drops of oil and apply it in the essence step, then finish with a moisturizing cream. That way, it stays hydrated until the next day. :)

Since there are no harmful ingredients, the cream itself seems to have difficulty fully replenishing moisture (ironic;;) So I took off one star. I use this in the essence step and finish with another cream.

It seems to be a good product that is not irritating and gentle, so it's good to apply frequently. Also, I'm pleased that the ingredients themselves are not harmful.

Since my combination skin didn't feel moisturized and dewy after using it, I think it would be too drying for those with dry skin to use on its own.

The multi-functional essence absorbs gently when applied. While it doesn't have a soft, velvety feel, the lack of oiliness was great for me to use before bedtime. It didn't cause any breakouts.
