  Pros

  I love this so much! The color is bright, so I'm just using it as an eye primer. For those with slightly darker skin or who want to add a bit more shadow, I'd recommend the Laying Low shade, but the Paint Pot series in general seems to work great as a primer. When I apply this and then put a powder-type eyeshadow on top, the staying power is just amazing.

  When using an eye primer, if you spread it with your hands and then apply eyeshadow on top, the eyeshadow lasts longer and there is no creasing or clumping. It is not matte.
