Hmm, I'm not sure. I bought this cleansing water in a hurry. I'll add more thoughts later if I remember. I got an incredible amount of blemishes, and tiny bumps appeared all over my face. Maybe it's because PEG ingredients are high up on the list, but even after double cleansing with a foam cleanser, the bumps were severe everywhere. I tried to calm them down with BHA, but it's hopeless now... I bought Bifesta a few years ago too when I urgently needed cleansing water. The ingredients were problematic then as well. Absolutely not recommended for acne-prone and oily skin types. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinJan 9, 2019
I liked the foaming action, and it's great at removing eye makeup and mascara. After using this, my skin went crazy with breakouts. I was shocked but kept using it, not realizing it was the cause. I have super sensitive skin, and instead of blemish care, it made my face red and inflamed, increased blemishes, and caused tiny bumps. Checking the ingredients, I realized they're really... I'm so sensitive that I use mild acid foam cleansers and simple toners. If you're sensitive like me, be very careful with this product. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinFeb 16, 2018
It seems to remove makeup thoroughly. Usually, when I use cleansing tissues or water, I can still see white foundation-like residue in my pores or around my nose, but with this, I don't see any of that after wiping. It's such a lifesaver when I'm too tired to wash my face - I just wipe, apply toner and cream, and go straight to bed. So convenient! I think I overdid it trying to cleanse thoroughly. I kept wiping with cotton pads soaked in the product, and my face started to feel itchy. While it removed makeup well, it seems to cause irritation if used excessively. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 25, 2018
It's moisturizing and contains hyaluronic acid, giving a refreshing feeling during cleansing. Instead of a lid you have to open, it comes with a pump, which I really like. I have extremely sensitive, rosacea-prone, and seborrheic skin. At first, I was satisfied with its cleansing effectiveness, but the more I used it, the worse my blemishes and blackheads became. I even got small bumps under my chin as a bonus. Despite being marketed for blemish care, it doesn't seem to provide any care at all. I bought it because a YouTuber recommended it, but now I feel betrayed. Looking at the ingredients, it's no wonder it causes blemishes. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinNov 4, 2017
I'm not sure if the cleansing is working well... I'm not usually sensitive, and my skin is generally fine with anything I put on it. But after using this, my whole face turned completely red. The breakouts and acne are no joke, and the cleansing isn't great either... It's incredibly itchy, and if I had known the ingredients were this bad, I wouldn't have bought it... It's my own fault for not researching it properly... You should probably avoid using this. It's especially important to avoid using this if you have sensitive skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 23, 2017
I thought it washed off well and was gentle, so I kept using it... I checked the ingredients late and found there were acne-causing ingredients. Though not completely accurate, my sister and I both had our skin turn upside down after using this... Even going to a dermatologist was useless, and we're really suffering... The worst cleanser ever ㅜㅜ Use something else instead of this, especially something more gentle for sensitive skin ㅜㅜ - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 1, 2017
When I first used it, my skin felt so soft and smooth, and I was really impressed! But it only lasted for a moment... My skin broke out in bumps, and it became irritated, dry, and I even developed contact dermatitis. It's supposed to be for sensitive skin, but I don't recommend it. It's still stinging. - Hwahae UserOily SkinApr 9, 2017
I used to use other products, but now I'm using this Bifesta product. The Bifesta Cleansing Line seems to be all good. First of all, there is no irritation, and it removes makeup very well. It can remove eye makeup and lip makeup all with this one product. There is no irritation when removing eyeliner as well. They say you don't need a second cleanse when using this, but honestly, you can get away with not doing it. But sometimes, when I don't do a second cleanse and go to bed, I get some pimples the next day. It's best to do a second cleanse. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 3, 2017
It removes my eyeliner and eyebrows quite well when I take them off. My skin is quite sensitive, and using this for my initial cleansing makes my face too stinging. Moreover, after using it for a week after first purchasing it, I also developed some clogged pores. It's a pity to throw it away, so I'm only using it occasionally when I'm doing touch-ups at home. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 14, 2017
It seems to just wipe off decently enough... That's about it. I didn't really feel like there were any particular advantages. After using it, severe breakouts appeared on my cheeks the very next day. I had no idea there were so many harmful ingredients... I bought it as a buy-one-get-one-free deal, but I don't think I'll even use the remaining one...
