I've been using this product for years because it's gentle on my skin and doesn't cause any breakouts or blemishes If I don't follow up with a second cleanse right away, my skin can sometimes feel a bit tight - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 3, 2022
I used this product well. I don't wear much makeup, just occasionally applying sunscreen. Before using a cleansing foam, I liked how easily it removed makeup when I soaked a cotton pad with this cleansing water and gently wiped my face. I'm not sure about any downsides... I bought this during a sale or promotion a while ago, so I don't even remember the price. - ea*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 29, 2020
While I don't have acne-prone skin, I loved how gently it removed my makeup. It's perfect as a daily cleanser that you can use every single day. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, but since it's a product I use daily, I wish it came in a larger size. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 9, 2020
The pump design made it convenient to use. It removed makeup well, and I didn't experience any skin issues. It's a decent cleansing water. I also appreciated that it's fragrance-free. The price...? I switched to this after using another brand, and the cost was definitely disappointing. However, for some reason, I found myself reaching for this more often than the tea tree one from the other brand! There might be some ingredients that aren't great, so be careful when purchasing! It's often on sale at Olive Young - db******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 18, 2020
For oily/sensitive skin types: I highly recommend this product! I even use it as a facial mist! I have no complaints whatsoever! Completely satisfied!!!!! - ju***********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 31, 2020
It removes makeup well... And it seems gentle enough, so I'm using it comfortably... Plus, even if it accidentally gets in my eyes, it doesn't hurt. To be honest, I bought it because it claimed to help with blemishes, but I was skeptical. As I suspected, it doesn't seem to do much for blemish care... Also, the scent isn't particularly pleasant. - ya********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 28, 2019
Hmm, I'm not sure. I bought this cleansing water in a hurry. I'll add more thoughts later if I remember. I got an incredible amount of blemishes, and tiny bumps appeared all over my face. Maybe it's because PEG ingredients are high up on the list, but even after double cleansing with a foam cleanser, the bumps were severe everywhere. I tried to calm them down with BHA, but it's hopeless now... I bought Bifesta a few years ago too when I urgently needed cleansing water. The ingredients were problematic then as well. Absolutely not recommended for acne-prone and oily skin types. - hk*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 26, 2019
Removing makeup can be such a hassle, but with this product, even when I'm exhausted, I can just soak a cotton pad and wipe my face clean. A quick rinse with water after, and I feel less worried about my skin. As someone with combination dehydrated skin who absolutely can't use cleansing oils, I've gone through more than seven bottles of this. I always keep 1-2 stocked at home - it's become my go-to. While I don't typically wear heavy base makeup, it still removes everything effectively. However, for really intense products like Kiss Me mascara, you'll need to use a separate lip and eye remover. That's a bit disappointing. If you're looking to switch up your cleansing routine, give this a try. Its cleansing effectiveness is quite good. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 16, 2019
It cleanses really well! It leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean and doesn't sting your eyes at all. Even after double cleansing, there's still a bit of oiliness. It's supposed to be 'control care'... but I'm not sure about the 'care' part. It's best to use this by soaking a cotton pad generously with the product! - sm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityMay 29, 2019
I usually only wear base makeup, contour eyeshadow, occasional shimmer, and blush, and this removed everything well. It even seemed to take off light-colored, moisturizing lip products. The cleansing effectiveness was good, so when I followed up with a foam cleanser, there was no residue left. What I liked most was that it didn't cause any tingling sensation when it got in my eyes. However, cleansing waters tend to be quite similar, so this one doesn't really stand out from others. I end up using a lot of product each time. I bought it during a 1+1 sale at Olive Young, so at least I got it at a good price. Although it has a pump, the nozzle is long, so the product sprays out far. Even when I press a cotton pad against the opening, it still sprays out and quite a bit gets wasted. So I ended up decanting it into a sample container that I could pour from instead. Looking at the ingredients now, I realize they're not very good...
