There are no good points. When first applied, the moisturizing effect is almost identical to Vaseline. I experienced the same hives symptoms as those who gave 1-star reviews... It's driving me crazy with throbbing pain, oozing, and skin-cracking dryness. As someone with chronically dry, flaky lips, I've tried countless lip balms over the years without finding one I truly loved. That is, until I discovered the Dior lip balm, which was my favorite for a long time. However, I think this Elizabeth Arden lip balm comes closest to matching Dior's quality among all the lip balms I've tried. While the scent and texture are different, its effectiveness in removing dead skin cells is remarkably similar! The solid formula is perfect for easy application without melting. I love how it's not sticky and absorbs well into the lips. The fact that it also provides sun protection makes this lip balm absolutely amazing. I plan to stick with this lip balm from now on. I've heard they have tinted versions too, which I'm eager to try!!! Due to its firm texture, it may lack a bit in hydration, requiring frequent reapplication. Unfortunately, the small amount means it runs out quickly. Considering how fast it disappears, it can feel a bit pricey. The scent might be divisive - it's a mix of ginger and tangy fruit. Even though I'm usually sensitive to fragrances, I found it tolerable! While it's not sticky, you'll need to reapply often! It's very hydrating. The scent is strong, but it fades quickly after application, so it's not overwhelming. The staying power is decent. It's perfect to carry around and apply on-the-go. The fragrance might be polarizing. I personally like herbal scents, so it was fine for me. When applied before bed, it keeps my skin hydrated until morning. It's not just a light moisturizer, but it feels like it locks in deep hydration, which I find very satisfying. There's nothing particularly bad, but if I had to choose something, I'd say it's best suited for nighttime use, at least for me. I've been using this lip balm for over a month now, and I'm loving it. It's always sold out, so I had to check the duty-free app daily to see if it was in stock. I later found out that this is the lip balm that Daesung from Big Bang swears by. He apparently stockpiles it, and now I understand why. First off, it's always out of stock... so when you see it, you have to grab it right away. The balm has just the right amount of richness, and it absorbs beautifully with a moisturizing feel that's so satisfying. It keeps my lips hydrated and healthy-looking. Some people complain about the scent, but I actually like it. It has that herbal cosmetic fragrance you might expect. Both my husband and I are using this lip balm, and we've been recommending it to everyone we know. The main drawback is how difficult it is to find. However, the price isn't actually that bad. I apply it frequently at home too. I use it to prevent my lips from getting a chance to dry out, and even in this dry weather, my lips stay consistently moisturized. I tried my friend's and found the hydration to be really good. I had no idea it was discontinued. The ingredients are a bit disappointing. I wish they could improve them, but then again, that might change how it absorbs or feels on the skin, wouldn't it?

Apparently, this one is such a perfect match for him that he not only shares it with friends but also keeps over 20 of them at home at all times. Curious about what makes this product so special that it's become Daesung's go-to for lip care, I decided to try it myself. The texture is delightfully smooth with minimal stickiness, adhering well to the lips. It's not a soft stick, but rather has a firmer consistency. Of course, it fulfills the primary purpose of a lip balm with abundant hydration. The product lasts long, and even when reapplied, it doesn't pill or become thick. Even as the balm wears off, your lips don't feel dry. I managed to snag this product for around 12,000 won using various coupons on Ably. Absorbs beautifully and provides excellent hydration. The scent is lovely too. I'll definitely be stocking up on this! It's a bit on the pricey side. The packaging design isn't very attractive. This lip balm is a godsend! Out of 100 lip products, 99 give me an allergic reaction, but this one doesn't cause any issues. It absorbs smoothly without any stickiness. This lip balm is designed to press down dead skin cells. It doesn't have much shine, so you can comfortably apply it along with other lip products without feeling overbearing. The artificial fragrance was slightly bothersome, and it felt like it wasn't absorbing well when applied. I often used it around my nails instead of my lips. Personally, I'm not a fan of the ingredient composition. (I always try to use up all products completely before disposing of them, considering the environmental impact, so the container is empty.)
