Pros
You can create a beautifully toned-down MLB lip look by applying it thinly, and it will have a deep, vibrant color when applied thickly - it's so pretty!
Cons
It's a bit of a hassle having to sharpen it, but the color is so pretty that it's still worth it!

Pros
It has a nice glide and the color payoff is great. It applies smoothly and evenly. Plus, the longevity is good. If you're looking for a more hydrating, satin-like finish, you may want to avoid this as it is quite matte. Exfoliating your lips is a must~
Cons
The price is a bit on the higher side, and the quantity is relatively small. Most importantly, despite being a lip product, the ingredients are a bit disappointing. That seems to be the case with many foreign products, unfortunately.
Tip
I like to apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly on top. In the winter, the extreme matte finish can feel a bit drying on my lips.

Pros
If I had to pick just one life essential, it would undoubtedly be Valkyrie. It has a slightly dark MLB vibe, but it's a perfect fit. Whenever I wear this, I always get compliments on how pretty my lips look. The color payoff, application, and longevity are all great. Out of all Nars products, this is my absolute favorite.
Cons
The ingredients aren't the best, but if you start scrutinizing the ingredients in color cosmetics, your options become too narrow. It's a pencil-type, so you have to sharpen it. As a high-end product, it's on the pricier side.

Applies smoothly and is frequently used In my opinion, the color payoff is prettier than Dolce Vita and it's suitable for using as a gradient base or for daily wear.
Cons
I often use the Nars lip pencil, but I don't particularly like the form The pencil shape is a bit disappointing...

Pros
I bought this first and loved it so much that I also purchased the Dolce Vita. 1. If you have very fair skin, Dolce Vita would suit you better, but if your skin is slightly darker, Valkyrja may look more flattering on you. I'm not on the fair side, so Valkyrja works better for me. 2. The application is known to be super smooth! 3. The color payoff is great. It applies in a beautifully toned-down version of my natural lip color.
Cons
1. When I'm feeling tired, this color makes me look even more fatigued... Haha.. 2. Having to sharpen it is a bit of a hassle 3. The price is not the most affordable, but oh well 4. The application is so smooth that the product wears off quickly when applied heavily ㅠㅠ
Tip
If your skin is a bit on the darker side and the Dolce Vita color doesn't work for you, Valkyrja might be a better option!

This is a life-changing rating! It's between a fall muted~warm tone, but no one will say it's not pretty when you wear this. It really brings out the vibe, has a retro feel, and the color payoff is amazing. It's the best lip product I have in terms of longevity - I can wear it in the morning, eat a meal, and drink beverages without needing to reapply.
Cons
The fact that you have to sharpen it often! I tried to sharpen it with a Bobbi Brown sharpener, but it almost ruined it, so I went to the NARS store and bought their dedicated sharpener.
Tip
Since it's a pencil, it's quite matte, but if you make sure to exfoliate your lips and then apply a lip balm before using it, it works even better ^^

When everyone was cheering for Dolce Vita, I bought one and tried it out! Isn't this color prettier? I bought one more haha. I don't usually wear a lot of makeup, so I don't want lipstick that goes on too heavily or looks unnatural. It's easy to carry around and applies smoothly! And there's no weird smell.
Cons
Having to sharpen it? That's a hassle. It feels like too much gets shaved off at once, and that's a waste. I prefer automatic!
