  It's worth the high price. With a cool-toned fair complexion, layering the shades from left to right on the top row creates a sophisticated and alluring eye look.   I really like that all the colors except one have no shimmer. You can also add some shading. It seems easy to do eye makeup without being too flashy or burdensome.
