  Pros

  When my seborrheic dermatitis was at its worst, everything I applied caused a reaction, so I decided to minimize ingredients and use this product alone. Even though my skin was inflamed, it didn't cause any tingling sensation, absorbed well, and felt lightweight, which I appreciated.

  Cons

  As my skin condition improved slightly, the dryness from inflammation decreased, and my skin started to produce oil like before. Then one day, I noticed some blemishes appearing. These weren't small bumps or pustules, but mysterious blemishes that mainly appeared near my nose, on the sides of my nose, and between my eyebrows. They didn't all come at once, but about one every two days. At first, I didn't realize it was because of this product and thought it was just feeling increasingly heavy, so I switched to a different serum. When those blemishes stopped appearing, I realized it was due to this product. To be honest, I've never used anything other than toner and serum before my dermatitis, so I can't tell if it's the ingredients or the formulation itself that's causing the issue.

  This is a good choice when you have severe dermatitis and need to apply something during winter

  Pros

  I used this product as a last resort when I was struggling with dermatitis for about 2 years. It's a very lightweight formula, so using it alone might not be enough. Since my skin was dry but also prone to excess oil and sebum, I paired it with a hydrating ampoule. This combination worked well even in the dead of winter. While it wasn't dramatically amazing, it was gentle enough for my problematic skin, and I went through about 3-4 bottles. I appreciated the clean ingredient list without any harsh components, and the fact that it's preservative-free and uses the container for preservation is a plus. Now that the weather is getting warmer, I'm planning to try using it on its own without the hydrating ampoule.

  Cons

  Given that it has a simplified formula designed for problematic skin, it can pill a bit if you apply too much. The price isn't particularly cheap either. Accessibility is also an issue - you often need to stock up through international shipping or from specific online retailers. I really wish it was officially available for purchase domestically.

  Pros

  It's only available through overseas purchases, so it's pricey and takes a while to arrive... But it has zero oiliness, making your skin feel light when applied.

  Cons

  However, I got blemishes! The first night I used it, everything seemed fine until the next evening. When I applied it again, my skin turned red, became itchy, and even developed blisters... I usually avoid natural ingredients as they don't suit me, so I carefully chose this product with minimal ingredients. I'm devastated! For reference, I don't have regular seborrheic dermatitis, but I suspect I have fungal dermatitis from my dog.

  Tip

  I have dry skin and suspected fungal dermatitis. It seems that products without any richness aren't good either. My skin was at its best when I generously layered Numis Med emulsion 2-3 times, but it's discontinued now and I can't find it anymore. I'm planning to try Taeguk Pharma's ketoconazole ointment next...

  Pros

  As someone with rosacea, I'm very particular about hydration. Other products I've used were moisturizing but sticky or slow to absorb. This one, however, is fantastic - it applies lightly, absorbs well, and keeps my skin hydrated without feeling greasy.

  Cons

  While it's convenient for carrying around, I wish it came in a larger size option too.

  Tip

  I like to layer it thinly multiple times. On days when I need extra hydration, I finish with a heavier cream on top.

  The texture I've been searching for! A non-greasy, velvety finish with a lightweight emulsion. Even with my extremely sensitive skin, there's zero irritation... I'm truly moved!

  Cons

  The hydration is weak. If you're looking for moisture, I absolutely don't recommend this product. It seems like a cream focused on patients with sensitive dermatitis.

  I started using this product on the recommendation of my dermatologist. For my current skin condition (sensitive, combination dehydrated skin, prone to blemishes when stressed, and regularly receiving acne treatments at the dermatologist), it doesn't cause any blemishes and is gentle enough to suit me well. It's lightweight, and after application, my skin feels soft and smooth. I think I'll be able to use it comfortably even through the summer!

  Cons

  The quantity is small compared to the price. It's not easy to control how much product comes out.

  Pros

  As someone with blemish-prone skin, while this product doesn't magically make blemishes disappear, it's still great. I love how it's not sticky and absorbs well with a light feel.

  Cons

  The downside is that the cap is really disappointing. You need to apply pressure to use it, but if you misjudge the force, too much comes out and you end up wasting product. It's truly frustrating.

  Tip

  If you can't squeeze any more out, try cutting the tube in half with scissors. You'll find there's still plenty inside. I recommend doing this when it seems empty.
