It's truly gentle on the skin. If you're having a hard time applying anything due to skin inflammation, I highly recommend giving this a try.
ConsIt pills like dead skin cells... I couldn't apply sunscreen after this because it rolled off so badly. Also, when my skin is dry, using this alone isn't enough hydration and causes a tingling sensation. That's why I ended up mixing it with the Isntree MD cream. And oh no, why a renewal?! I've been using this with peace of mind for years, and now it's being renewed? Are there any other products with similar ingredients?

When my dermatitis flares up, this is the only product I use.
ConsIt can feel a bit drying. However, applying multiple thin layers works well. I noticed some pilling when I applied this over richer products, so I either use this alone or apply it first in my routine.

It's a decent product for daily use.
ConsThe volume is too small, so you need to buy it frequently. It seems to pill slightly when applying makeup.
TipYou can maintain hydration longer if you mix it with oil before use.

I have combination skin prone to acne due to excess sebum. This product is gentle, provides decent moisture, and seems suitable for normal to oily skin types without any issues.
ConsOccasionally experiences pilling. The container dispenses a bit too much product, making it slightly challenging to control the amount. However, the hygiene aspect is good.
TipHere's a pro tip: After applying the product all over, gently press it into your skin with your hands. This seems to significantly reduce any pilling.

I've struggled with contact dermatitis for over 4 years and bought countless 'miracle' creams, but none of them worked. Usually, dermatitis creams are formulated for dry skin, so they're too rich for my oily complexion. They'd make my skin super greasy and seemed to worsen my condition. But this one? It's less oily, feels light, and has such gentle ingredients. It's a no-brainer repurchase! The tube lasted about 2 months with regular use.
ConsBe careful not to apply too much, or it can pill like dead skin cells. It absorbs smoothly in just one layer. You really need to control the amount. The pump is a bit quirky - sometimes it dispenses too much product, which is wasteful. I end up using the excess on my neck. The volume is on the smaller side, and because of the odd pump, you'll need to cut open the tube to use every last bit. The biggest downside is accessibility. Since it's an international shipment, you need to order well in advance before you run out. As a procrastinator, I've already finished my tube and haven't ordered a new one yet. I should go do that right now!
TipControl the amount you use! Remember to purchase before you run out completely.

It's a very lightweight formula, so using it alone might not be enough. Since my skin was dry but also prone to excess oil and sebum, I paired it with a hydrating ampoule. This combination worked well even in the dead of winter. While it wasn't dramatically amazing, it was gentle enough for my problematic skin, and I went through about 3-4 bottles. I appreciated the clean ingredient list without any harsh components, and the fact that it's preservative-free and uses the container for preservation is a plus. Now that the weather is getting warmer, I'm planning to try using it on its own without the hydrating ampoule.
ConsGiven that it has a simplified formula designed for problematic skin, it can pill a bit if you apply too much. The price isn't particularly cheap either. Accessibility is also an issue - you often need to stock up through international shipping or from specific online retailers. I really wish it was officially available for purchase domestically.
TipIf you find it drying when used alone, try layering it with a hydrating ampoule for added moisture.

Didn't cause any blemishes while using it, and it seems gentle on the skin.
ConsIt's drying. If you apply twice to combat dryness, it pills up and turns white. While gentle, it feels like it evaporates quickly. The opening is inconvenient. I mentioned the tube format was hygienic, but the opening is a drawback. It has a pop-up nozzle that requires pressure on the tube to dispense the emulsion, which becomes difficult to squeeze out when there's little product left. Also, even after wiping clean, the area around the opening discolors to brown, making me question its hygiene. Given the amount, it should last a month, so I wonder why they made the opening so challenging to use.
TipUsing it with a hydrating ampoule helps reduce the dryness.

While it's now available domestically, I've been using it since it was only available through international shipping (which shows how much I truly love it). Looking at my previous reviews, you can see how much my skin was suffering. I had everything from acne to folliculitis - it was a total disaster. I tried to find skincare with minimal irritation, carefully checking ingredients, but domestic products always seemed to have at least one harmful ingredient or fragrance. 'Stearic acid' was particularly problematic for me and so hard to avoid. The best feature is undoubtedly the ingredients. Those who have had or still have troubled skin will understand. You don't need fancy functions - a minimalist product is the best. Its lack of frills is its charm. And it still provides proper hydration, making it unbeatable in my book. In my case, I was so stressed that skincare alone wasn't enough, so I'm combining it with isotretinoin prescribed by my dermatologist. Other products irritate my skin, so I've settled on this one.
ConsThe absorption and accessibility could be better. If you apply too much, it can pill like dead skin cells, but honestly, this is nothing compared to its gentle nature.
TipApply just the right amount. Even though it's gentle, using too much will still cause pilling.

With less than 10 carefully selected ingredients, it's gentle on the skin 2. Convenient to carry around 3. No artificial fragrance 4. Feels like it's strengthening my skin barrier due to its gentle nature 5. When struggling with dermatitis, applying just this helped my skin recover!
Cons1. Not available in offline stores, often out of stock on domestic online shops - might be faster to buy from overseas 2. May be too dry for those with dry skin if used alone 3. Can cause pilling when layered with other moisturizers under makeup
TipBe careful when dispensing the product - if you squeeze too hard, you'll definitely end up with too much! It comes out very easily, so press gently and slowly

I bought this cream because it's supposed to be good for folliculitis, and I'm so satisfied! While it doesn't show dramatic results overnight, it's gentle enough for daily use, and I can see my skin improving little by little each day. It's just a simple emulsion that moisturizes, but it's perfect for summer when applied after toner. It's also great to use as a final step after applying a hydrating essence generously. Perhaps because it has few ingredients, it barely causes any irritation, so I feel like my skin is gradually recovering. I'll keep using it consistently until winter comes!
ConsThe downside? It's a bit pricey for the amount you get. I used up a whole tube in less than a month, so I had to repurchase. Also, it might be too dry to use in winter. Since it's not a targeted treatment, you can't expect instant results. Oh, and if you apply too much, it tends to pill a bit.
TipRecommended for those doing a skincare diet and for super sensitive skin! Since it's an emulsion, it can feel a bit dry, but lately I've been mixing in about two drops of squalane oil when I apply it. It works wonderfully!
