I recently purchased this. I mix a drop with my cream when applying, and the hydration is remarkable. Especially in the evening, I used to need additional products after my skincare routine, but with this oil, my skin feels great until morning. It doesn't feel like you're applying an oil at all. There's no greasy residue. With other oils, I sometimes got small bumps, but this one keeps my skin comfortable and blemish-free. I particularly love how quickly it absorbs. There's no notable scent, and the container is lightweight and convenient since it's not glass. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. Twenty characters is too short to express that! I apply this oil immediately after cleansing, while my skin is still slightly damp. I love how it absorbs well into my skin right away without feeling like it's just sitting on top. One of the best things about Olive Barrier products used to be their lack of scent and color. However, since the product renewal, there seems to be a slight rubber-like or peculiar odor.

The dropper makes it easy to control the amount - I used 4 drops in the evening and 2-3 drops in the morning. My skin looks hydrated, and I'm thrilled that the deep dryness is gone. Especially in the morning, using 2-3 drops before applying base makeup gives me that coveted Inner Glow look. It's not too oily, more like a middle ground between an oil and an essence? I think people new to oils would find this easy to use without any hesitation. It claims to help with dead skin cells, which made me wonder, 'How does it actually do that?' I was curious about how it would remove dead skin, but that's not quite it. The oil seems to 'calm' the dead skin cells. Because the oil makes the skin smooth, it temporarily masks the appearance of flaky skin around the mouth and chin areas. So it's more of a temporary smoothing effect rather than actual dead skin cell care. I'd suggest continuing with your regular exfoliation routine, but this oil would be great to use when your skin feels dry and rough. Since it's an oil, using too much might make it sit on top of your skin, so adjust the amount as needed. This product falls into a category I really like. It's free from irritating ingredients and fragrances, and provides powerful hydration. On top of that, I appreciated the less crucial aspects too, like how it absorbs, its feel, and the container design. The white, transparent container design is particularly great as it allows you to easily check the product's hygiene condition. Compared to other oils, it has a lower viscosity and flows like water. I'm not sure if this indicates smaller particles, but in any case, it didn't clog my pores or cause blemishes on my combination dehydrated skin. In fact, it provided enough moisture to dissolve dead skin cells, so I think even those with acne-prone oily skin could use it occasionally. The volume and price are a bit burdensome. While it's not more expensive than other oils or ampoules, it's not something you can use liberally. I've seen other reviews praising its absorption, but I've always been skeptical about how an oil can be absorbed. I've always thought that oils work by preventing evaporation of oil and moisture and increasing surface hydration. From my experience, it didn't feel like the oil was being absorbed. While the active ingredients in the oil might penetrate the skin, I don't think the oil itself enters the skin tissue to provide hydration. I was satisfied with the replenishment of oil and moisture on the skin's surface. I think there would be a synergistic effect if you use this after thoroughly addressing deep dryness with 7 toners or 3 ampoules. The dropper bottle is hygienic, making it easy to mix with other skincare products. Unlike other oils that just sit on the surface, this one feels like it deeply hydrates right down to the inner layers of your skin. It's the perfect finishing touch for my skin when moisturizer alone isn't enough. You only need a drop or two, so the price is quite reasonable for the amount you get. I love that it's fragrance-free, and the ingredients are gentle - I've never experienced any blemishes from using it. I'm usually quite stingy with my five-star ratings, but this oil works so well for my super sensitive, extremely dry skin that the difference when I use it is night and day. It's fantastic how it leaves my skin feeling deeply nourished and hydrated! I've been racking my brain trying to think of any downsides, but the only minor quibble I can come up with is that the dropper doesn't go all the way down into the bottle. For best results, I apply a drop or two to my palms at the final step of my skincare routine, then gently pat and press it onto my face.

The longer my rambling, the more it means I love it! Please understand even if I'm not articulate. And to the creators of this product, I'm incredibly grateful you made this and brought it to me. I was so happy using it and will continue to be! I have extremely dry, sensitive skin that easily turns red. Yet I'm still using this product to the end! The oil seems very gentle. Here's my application order: [Apply First Essence twice, then put one drop of Fluid Oil on each side of the face]. The hydration effect is amazing. This is truly remarkable - whoever made this deserves an award! I use moisturizer even in summer, but summer products often feel greasy. This oil creates a protective layer rather than disappearing, and when I apply moisturizer on top, it absorbs quickly, feeling like it's filling my skin from within. It's the best oil I've used, so I gave it full stars. The oil's texture is very slippery, and it says to use just one drop. Using it that way, it feels like it's filling my skin from the inside and creating a protective layer on the outside - it makes me so happy! And when I apply makeup, my skin becomes incredibly supple and bouncy. This is truly groundbreaking because I've never experienced this with moisturizer alone. Usually, when I go out in cold wind after applying moisturizer and makeup, my skin starts cracking immediately. But with this oil, I can confidently face the cold wind. This makes me the happiest, and my makeup lasts longer too. It doesn't break down even when I go out at night. My skin looks better, and my texture seems improved. For best results, start with your toner and basic skincare routine, then apply an appropriate amount of moisturizer and pat it in to absorb. Follow up with about 3 drops of this oil, allowing it to sink in. This method helps maintain hydration and gives your skin a dewy glow the next day. This Olivebarrier Fluid Oil, however, flows clear like water and is completely fragrance-free, no matter how closely I sniff it. The previous oil had a pleasant but overwhelming scent, which might have stressed my skin even more. The container is plastic, not glass, so I feel safe knowing it won't shatter if I accidentally drop it. I keep comparing it to the previous product... The dropper tip is so convenient.
