The absorbs well and feels lightweight on the skin. 2. You can definitely feel your skin texture improving! 3. The scent is quite pleasant too! My boyfriend recommended this to me, and I've been using it. He says his blemishes have reduced since he started using it!
Cons1. You absolutely can't apply makeup over this. It's only suitable for nighttime use. 2. It caused a tingling sensation when I first used it! 3. The amount is quite small....
TipIf you have acne-prone skin, you must try this!

ConsJust one day after using it, I started getting tiny pimples and all sorts of blemishes. At first, I thought it was a coincidence and kept using it, but things got worse. When I stopped, my skin issues started to clear up. I really can't recommend this product.

There's no oiliness, so it doesn't leave a greasy feeling, and it seems to absorb quickly. I'll need to use it a bit longer, but I think my skin texture has already improved somewhat.
ConsThe price is quite high... Even when you catch it on sale, it's still expensive!

Although the texture looks a bit rich, it applies smoothly on the skin. The scent is very subtle, making it suitable for those with sensitive noses. True to its pore-care claims, it leaves your skin feeling smoother the next day. I did experience some blemishes on the first day, but as I continued using it, my skin texture improved and the blemishes disappeared.
ConsThose with super sensitive skin might find it quite drying. On the first day of use, you may experience some pilling with makeup, but this improves as your skin adapts to the product.
TipAs this is a pore-care product, apply a thin layer only on areas where pores are a concern. Don't slather it on generously!

The texture is like a regular emulsion, gliding on smoothly. If there's one thing I can say for sure, it's that even when I only applied this as part of my 7-skin method, I didn't feel any deep dryness. So I guess its hydration power is decent...?
ConsThe absorption is a total fail... After carefully applying it, you can see it just sitting on top of your skin, leaving a white, floaty residue in the same pattern you applied it. It stings quite a bit on inflamed areas, though it gets better after a few days of use. For newly formed bumps or hard pimples, the effect is absolutely nothing. What shocked me was that after applying it and waiting a while, the area under my nose got itchy. When I lightly rubbed it with my index finger, dead skin cells started falling off like crazy. I get an aqua peel every other week and use a gel-type exfoliator for dead skin removal, but even though I applied this cream every night before bed, the dead skin just kept coming off. I even tried rubbing it on purpose!
TipJust think of it as an emulsion without considering its supposed functions when you apply it. Well, not just a regular emulsion, but one that aggressively promotes dead skin cell shedding. Thanks to this, I can't layer other products. This ends up being my entire skincare routine.

There's absolutely no stickiness, and it absorbs well, leaving a fresh finish. That's what I loved most. I have super sensitive skin, so when using cream formulations, even the slightest mismatch can cause red spots and blemishes. However, this product has mostly good ingredients, and after using it exclusively for a week, I haven't experienced any deep dryness or blemishes. While I'm prone to redness, I didn't see a significant improvement in reducing it (of course, expecting major results after just a week would be unreasonable!). But I definitely noticed that my pores are less visible than before, and there seems to be a slight improvement in my complexion. I intend to repurchase it. Although it's designed for combination oily skin, I think it would also work well for those with dehydrated sensitive skin.
ConsIf I had to point out some downsides, I'd say the scent isn't great (personal preference). Those who prefer products closer to unscented might have mixed feelings about it. Another thing to mention is that the price isn't particularly friendly. It's not affordable enough to stock up on and apply generously.

While not all natural ingredients are good, I appreciated that it doesn't contain any harmful components. The texture is like a white hydrating moisturizer or sunscreen. It doesn't run when squeezed out and maintains its form. It applies smoothly, and while the finish isn't exactly matte, it absorbs completely without leaving a greasy feeling - it's as if you're not wearing anything. However, I didn't feel any dryness. It seems like a versatile product. I applied it in thin layers after 3-4 layers of toner, followed by a soothing gel, Ducray serum, and then this cream. This product seems suitable for those with oily to combination skin. It would be great to use during the humid spring and summer months. The scent is somewhat cosmetic, so those sensitive to fragrances should definitely test it before purchasing. (I personally wasn't a fan of the scent.)
ConsThe price per volume is a bit high, which might be burdensome for students. Also, while I didn't notice it much (I'm not very sensitive), my sister often mentioned a tingling sensation. If you have sensitive skin, make sure to test it thoroughly before buying. I used it for 9 days from the evening of March 24th to April 2nd, and my skin texture seems to have become smoother. I think this is due to its pore-refining properties. Other than that, I'm not sure if my pores appear smaller or if there's been a reduction in sebum production. I might need to use it longer to see those effects.
TipWhen applied after a soothing gel, it tends to pill due to the film-like texture of the gel. It's better to apply it right after toner as instructed.

Contrary to my expectation of a thin consistency, it was actually quite rich, with excellent absorption. It wasn't sticky or greasy, and I loved the matte finish. It seemed to absorb quickly too. I've been using it for just over a week, and as usual, it's hard to see significant results in such a short time. I haven't noticed any major changes, but importantly, I didn't develop any new blemishes either. Given that it claims to offer benefits I need, I think it would be good to use consistently.
ConsThey mentioned AHA ingredients, right? I was surprised by the tingling sensation when I applied the product. My face felt so hot that I wanted to wash it off. It took a few days to get used to it, which was quite challenging. Fortunately, I didn't experience any additional blemishes. The only other downside is that it's a bit pricey. Other than that, I don't have any particular complaints.
TipIt seems important to control the amount you use. Also, I avoided applying it around my eyes. A little goes a long way, so using too much can lead to that burning sensation. If you decide to purchase this, I strongly recommend doing a patch test first. I've rarely felt any irritation from skincare products before, so this was unusual for me.

When I first applied it, the thick texture felt more like a cream than a serum. It absorbed incredibly well! What really caught my attention was how it seemed to refine my pores. Plus, the gentle ingredients immediately won me over. I was so excited to try this product, especially given Ducray's renowned reputation!
ConsUnfortunately, not long after application, my skin started burning intensely, and my existing blemishes became even more inflamed. My acne had been improving recently, but this serum seemed to aggravate it further. I tried to persist for three more days, thinking it might be an initial reaction, but my skin completely broke out. Reluctantly, I had to pass this on to my older sister. Despite Ducray's stellar reputation, which made me confident in trying it, something in the formula caused my blemishes to worsen and my skin to react badly. It's such a shame this product didn't work for me - I'm really disappointed it wasn't compatible with my skin.

User experience - Passed I deliberately used it for about a week without looking at the ingredients list. (Looking at ingredients can create bias - if they're good, the product somehow feels worse, and if they're bad, I just don't want to use it, lol) Overall, the user experience is excellent. It feels like an emulsion without any oiliness, applies smoothly, absorbs well, and has a pleasant, subtle scent. (Some ingredient-conscious people freak out about fragrances, but personally, I think a mild, refreshing scent adds to the aesthetic experience of skincare. It's uplifting!) 2. Ingredients - Passed I was pleasantly surprised when I finally checked the ingredients list today. There's hardly anything to criticize except for the fragrance. Wow! I was ready to write a scathing review of a 'pore care' product with poor ingredients, but I'm impressed. The second ingredient after water is caprylic/capric triglyceride, a moisturizer/emollient (often used in baby products). Azelaic acid helps with sebum control and follicle management. Dicaprylyl ether is also an emollient. Glycolic acid is a well-known AHA with excellent penetration. These are the key components likely to affect the product's efficacy. I suspect the pH is slightly acidic (just my guess) - we've all heard about the benefits of mildly acidic products for the skin.
Cons3. Price - Failed At 38,000 won for 30ml, I wouldn't buy this with my own money (considering the technology and ingredients, a fair price would be around 15,000 won). There are many Korean products with better ingredients and acceptable textures. They're marketing it as a French pharmacy brand, but personally, I really dislike this kind of appeal to vanity. Young ladies should know that when it comes to beauty, especially cosmetics and plastic surgery, South Korea is incredibly advanced. There's no need to use expensive European products.
TipAs a side note, the biggest effect achievable with skincare is improved skin texture. Don't be fooled by exaggerated ads - basic skincare alone will never dramatically reduce pores. Whitening effects can be achieved to some extent with high concentrations of arbutin, niacinamide, and vitamin C (excluding ubiquinone due to usage limitations and potency), but visible results are rare. If there were such dramatic effects, it would be a drug, not a cosmetic. If a cosmetic claims visible whitening effects, it's likely due to ingredients like titanium dioxide or zinc oxide, which aren't good for pores. The shortcut to better skin involves using products with good ingredients to balance oil and moisture levels and pH, but even more important: Drink plenty of water, avoid processed foods, practice good hand hygiene, avoid touching your face frequently, and if you use brushes or puffs, keep them clean. Remember these tips!
