  I bought this for the first time...

  Cons

  Right after applying, it started to feel itchy, then slightly stinging. Soon after, red spots appeared on my cheeks, so I immediately washed it off with water. I'm not sure why, but I had to throw it away after just one use.

  To be honest, I'm not sure if my skin is actually improving. I've heard that it can cause a tingling sensation on acne-prone areas, but why do I feel this tingling even without acne?

  Cons

  It's way too irritating! At first, there was just a slight tingling, but why does my entire face feel itchy the more I use it? Some people say it's part of the skin improvement process, so I'm still applying it, but I'm not sure what to do.

  It really helps improve blemishes, and even though it feels rich, it leaves my skin hydrated and refreshed after application.

  Cons

  When applied to areas with severe blemishes or on days when my skin isn't at its best, it stings quite a bit... It doesn't cause redness or itching, just a strong tingling sensation.

  The design is sophisticated, and the case is lightweight yet sturdy. The texture is like a regular emulsion, gliding on smoothly. If there's one thing I can say for sure, it's that even when I only applied this as part of my 7-skin method, I didn't feel any deep dryness. So I guess its hydration power is decent...?

  Cons

  The absorption is a total fail... After carefully applying it, you can see it just sitting on top of your skin, leaving a white, floaty residue in the same pattern you applied it. It stings quite a bit on inflamed areas, though it gets better after a few days of use. For newly formed bumps or hard pimples, the effect is absolutely nothing. What shocked me was that after applying it and waiting a while, the area under my nose got itchy. When I lightly rubbed it with my index finger, dead skin cells started falling off like crazy. I get an aqua peel every other week and use a gel-type exfoliator for dead skin removal, but even though I applied this cream every night before bed, the dead skin just kept coming off. I even tried rubbing it on purpose!

  Tip

  Just think of it as an emulsion without considering its supposed functions when you apply it. Well, not just a regular emulsion, but one that aggressively promotes dead skin cell shedding. Thanks to this, I can't layer other products. This ends up being my entire skincare routine.

  I remembered using a cream sample from Olive Young before and finding it gentle and nice. This time, I had a chance to try their serum. Since my husband has combination skin, I had him test it for a few days. The absorption was definitely satisfactory. When I tested it on the back of my hand, it applied smoothly with a matte finish. There was no stickiness after use, and the finish felt great. It seems like a product that would be perfect for summer use rather than now. While it felt a bit dry for me, my husband (who has combination, sensitive, blemish-prone skin) said it was fine for him.

  Cons

  The amount felt expensive compared to the price. For us who don't like layering multiple products, it felt a bit drying. It's not very hydrating, more like it refines skin texture? Everything else was fine, but the issue was that my husband kept saying it made him itchy after use. Also, maybe because we're used to fragrance-free cosmetics, the scent felt somewhat strong. If you have sensitive skin, make sure to test it before purchasing.

  I was lucky enough to receive this product for free as part of The Hwahae Testers program. My skin is combination type, and its condition tends to vary depending on the season and my overall health. According to Clinique's skin diagnosis, I have dry skin, but I typically exhibit more characteristics of combination dehydrated skin. The positives are: - Almost no harmful ingredients - The texture is rich, making it easy to control the amount used - A subtle floral scent that I personally enjoy - Appropriate volume without unnecessary packaging - The narrow opening of the serum bottle makes it convenient to use - Leaves a matte finish without feeling greasy To accurately observe skin changes, I used only this serum morning and night for 3-4 days. There wasn't much change after the first day, but after about two days, my face became slightly brighter and fairer. My blemishes seemed to improve, and my skin looked clearer. The hydration level was sufficient for me with just this product alone, and I liked the scent. After application, while there wasn't a noticeable dewiness or glow on the surface, it felt like my skin was being hydrated from within. As someone with oily skin who usually dislikes the feeling of deep dryness or oiliness, I was quite satisfied.

  Cons

  The problem started after that. Around days 5-6, my face suddenly began to itch. It was more of an itch than a sting. I thought it might be due to the ingredients and tried to bear with it, but the itching persisted. (At this point, I realized I couldn't use this alone anymore, so I went back to using my usual Origins toner and Clinique moisturizer alongside it.) Still, I continued applying it just in case, but every time I did, I felt a stinging and tingling sensation. It made me want to scratch my face without even realizing it. Moreover, yesterday small bumps started appearing all over my face, and today my forehead is covered in them! I wondered if it was just me, but after coming here to write a review and reading others' experiences, it seems I'm not alone in this issue.

  Make sure to test it beforehand. It may not suit everyone. If you have sensitive skin or your skin is prone to reactions, be extra cautious.

  Last summer, a beauty store associate told me I have combination dehydrated skin. Usually, if I rush through my skincare routine and apply makeup, it tends to separate around my cheeks and between my brows (especially in winter!). When I first took out the serum, it felt incredibly lightweight. No worries about it breaking or dropping on your toes... I expected it to be runny, but it had an emulsion-like texture. It doesn't slide even when you tilt your hand... yet it doesn't feel heavy when applied. Some reviews mentioned it might cause a tingling sensation, so I applied it gradually in small amounts. I loved that it wasn't too oily! It doesn't make your skin greasy, just leaves a slightly moisturized feeling. However, since my skin has been in good condition lately, I can't say for sure if there's been any notable improvement. I'll update after using it more :) +) When I applied it to a blemish on my neck, it subsided after about two days. Not sure if it was because of this product or if it would have gone away on its own, haha. ++) It really helps calm blemishes!! It's great to apply when your skin is slightly red or after squeezing a pimple :D I breezed through nature with clear skin (lol). Not sure about its effects on pores though.

  The scent was really not to my liking. Maybe because I usually use unscented skincare, but I found the fragrance too strong and unpleasant... Also, one side of my nose felt a bit tingly. It wasn't severe though, and it got better after leaving it alone for a while :) +) My sister used it and was fine for a few days, but on the 3rd or 4th day, it started to sting so she washed it off before bed. She tried again the next day just in case, but it made her itchy, so she thinks this product is the culprit...

  Tip

  At first, try using small amounts. It seems some people's skin doesn't agree with it. Works great on blemishes though!!

  I'm usually very sensitive to the scent of skincare products, so I always smell them before applying. This one didn't have any irritating or unpleasant odor. Instead, it had a mild, herbal scent that I found quite agreeable.

  I intended to use this for a few days before writing a review, but I simply can't continue using it. The burning sensation is unbearable... I don't typically have super sensitive skin, but 3-5 minutes after application, the itching and stinging were so intense I thought I was going crazy. Usually, I can tolerate a bit of tingling or slight discomfort, but this product caused a spreading sensation of burning across my entire face. I tried to endure it, but it became impossible. I had to rush to the bathroom and thoroughly wash it off. The relief was immediate after rinsing... I'm not sure which ingredient is causing this reaction, but the stinging was so severe and unpleasant that I couldn't risk leaving it on overnight hoping my skin would be fine in the morning. I had to wash it off right away.
