As a loyal Body Shop user, I'm on my third bottle and it's not bad at all!
ConsThe loosened dead skin cells and residue don't come off easily with just water. And if it gets stuck in your hair, it's a real nightmare!
TipI use it about once every two weeks. When I asked at the Body Shop store, they said that instead of removing residue with a cleanser after use, it's better to wipe it off with toner or gently massage it as if you're doing a light cleanse. It comes off quickly that way! After using this, I do a light cleanse with Cellbien toner wash, and the grime-like residue comes off cleanly!

It's a gommage-type product. After use, my skin feels smooth without any dead skin cells detectable to the touch.
ConsAfter exfoliating, sticky residue remains in patches. The sales associate said it's nourishing ingredients clumping around areas with hair like eyebrows, but regardless, it's a bit inconvenient that these residues don't wash off easily even with water.
TipAfter rinsing with water, you need to use a cotton pad with toner to remove the remaining residue.

ConsThe more you rub, the more it creates this eraser-like residue that's hard to wipe off. It's really not great. It gets tangled in fine hairs and won't come off easily. If you try to forcefully remove it, it pulls out the hairs, which is quite painful. I won't be repurchasing this.
TipIf you don't have much body hair, this might work fine for you. But if you're blessed with abundant body hair like me, I wouldn't recommend it.

An employee recommended this, saying it's non-irritating with good ingredients. While it didn't irritate my skin, it also didn't provide any dramatic effects.
ConsAs someone with a lot of facial hair, it was a disaster - the product clung to all my peach fuzz without washing off. The staff suggested using it with a foam cleanser, but that goes against the product's intended use (they said the residue left after rinsing with water is beneficial for the skin). I requested a refund without hesitation.
TipI recommend this for those without facial hair! My skin improved after using products from the Drops line.

At first, when you apply it to your face, it feels like there's no gommage, but as you keep massaging, little clumps form and the peeling action begins. Initially, I thought it wasn't doing much, but one day, after thoroughly cleansing with a cleansing water first, I used this for peeling. To my surprise, it seemed to remove leftover foundation residue, as the clumps turned a skin-like color! The staff member who sold it to me said it was good for removing fine dust and residue, and it definitely passes the test in that regard. The texture itself feels incredibly gentle! The gommage feels very soft, and it's not irritating at all, which is great.
ConsHowever, the peeling effect doesn't feel particularly intense. Even after the final cleanse, my skin doesn't feel noticeably smoother. Still, it's definitely better than not using it at all. Also, they say you can just rinse with water at the end, but I find the gommage doesn't come off easily with just water, and it leaves a slightly uncomfortable residue (it's hard to describe...). So I end up using a foam cleanser for the final cleanse. The last drawback would have to be the ingredients list, unfortunately.
TipSince rinsing with water alone leaves a residue, make sure to finish with a foam cleanser!
