yo*******Combination SkinRecommendedDec 23, 2024As someone with a summer cool skin tone, I typically don't suit intense or vibrant colors, especially those with yellow undertones. Compared to other reviews, this eyeshadow seems to pull particularly yellow on my complexion. I'm the type who prefers using just one shadow without layering, so this color doesn't quite work for me. While the shade is good for daily contouring, there's a bit of a discrepancy between how it looks in the pan and on the skin. That said, the texture is smooth and pleasant, so if it were a different color, it would have been perfect. Even though the shade doesn't suit me, I still recommend it because the texture is really nice. I thought it would be okay based on the color swatch photos, which showed a slightly pink-toned grey. The texture is good, but on cool summer skin tones, the actual color appears more yellow than what's shown on the website.

The right one is Grey Cat and the left is Unicorn Hair. The older version of Grey Cat has a cooler tone. It's affordable and the product quality is great. This eyeshadow has a strong grayish-purple hue. Even though my eyelids naturally have some pigmentation and tend to be a bit grayish, this product doesn't make them look excessively dark. Instead, it creates a slightly whiter gray-purple color. It looks incredibly chic, making it perfect for creating autumn and winter eye looks. You can't beat this for adding depth and dimension! The texture itself is very satisfying, with fine, smooth particles. Holika Holika single eyeshadows generally have a very soft texture. I bought the Holika Holika Grey Cat after hearing it's great not just as an eyeshadow for depth, but also for contouring. It's perfect for nose contouring - looks natural and beautiful. It's a bit disappointing that when applied on the eyelids, it seems to make my complexion look slightly off. After my favorite cushion was discontinued and Amelie was too pricey, I heard Holika Holika was the go-to. So I gave it a try. There's a slight yellow tint, but I'm quite satisfied. There's absolutely nothing to complain about! It works great as a base.

It blends well with my skin tone, even though I usually can't pull off grayish tones. The texture is incredibly soft and smooth. I'm really satisfied with Holika Holika's eyeshadows. They offer excellent quality for the price.
