And when you apply it, your skin tone really brightens up. When I'm too lazy to do full makeup, I just use this. I'm already on my 3rd bottle!
ConsSince it's a whitening product, if you apply too much, it can get cakey and not spread well. I recommend using just the right amount.
TipIf you're looking to brighten your complexion rather than just cover blemishes, give this a try.

I was very satisfied as soon as I applied it.
ConsOn the first day of application, my face felt too stinging. On the second day, my face became reddish and flushed, and a scaly layer appeared on my cheeks for a while.. It was stinging and.. I was shocked. I'm scared and won't use it.. This is the first time my face has become so red.
TipBe sure to try the sample at least twice before purchasing.

And since it's in a blue color, it helped conceal some of my redness to a certain degree, which was good. When I first applied it, it went on smoothly despite being a mineral sunscreen.
ConsIt tends to settle into the skin a lot. There's visible flakiness, and while you can cover it up with makeup to a certain extent, as time passes, it dries out and the makeup starts to look unsightly and patchy.

It's moisturizing and evens out my skin tone without having to use a separate whitening cream.
ConsThe coverage and lasting power are not good either. The oiliness also comes back quickly. And there's a stinging feeling when I apply it. It's the first time I've felt this kind of stinging in a sunscreen ㅜㅜ Luckily, my skin didn't get irritated, so I thought it was just a temporary thing and used it several times, but ㅜㅜ looking at the Hwahae reviews, I see I'm not the only one.. It claims to be a sunscreen, but why is this happening.. Clair's ㅠㅠ It's a brand I trust.. Oh, and even if I use a slightly heavier base, it gets cakey!

It's packed to the brim! The contents are filled to the edges without any gaps. The texture is not watery, but slightly creamy, yet it applies so smoothly and softly. The coverage is not as heavy as a BB cream, but it does a great job of evening out my skin tone. I have some redness and sensitive skin, but it didn't make my skin look overly pale or uneven. I felt like I could just use this alone. The scent was also pleasant, though I can't quite describe it. It had a slightly cooling fragrance, almost floral? Anyway, the scent was quite nice to my nose.
ConsMy pores aren't huge, but I thought they weren't 'power pores' either. Turns out they were, and the product just sank right into them, as if advertising 'this is my pore'. I also felt like there was a bit of flakiness, so I tried exfoliating, but it still didn't seem to absorb well. After applying this, I started getting some blemishes on my face. So I kept using it for a week, but the blemishes are still stubbornly there. There was no itchiness or anything like that, but the breakouts were just not something I wanted. If it hadn't caused any troubles, I would have kept using it to blur my pores.

It allows me to achieve a naturally radiant complexion. In that aspect, I felt significant satisfaction with this product. It doesn't appear chalky or unnatural, and the tone-up effect was so good that I could even use it as a base substitute! ⛤ Excellent Adhesion Typically, the combination of mineral sunscreen and foundation doesn't work well. However, this product seems to be a blend of mineral and organic sunscreens... And that's why when I apply this product and then foundation, I get a seamless, adhered finish. I've tried various foundations while using this product, and they all applied smoothly with good staying power. Satisfied! ⛤ No Eye Irritation or Discomfort Among sunscreen products, many contain ethyl ingredients that can cause eye irritation. But this product didn't cause any eye discomfort whatsoever. Since the sun protection factor isn't extremely high, it didn't irritate my skin or cause any breakouts either! ⛤ Smooth Application The application may be a matter of personal preference, but I liked it. It has a sorbet-like texture, so you need to apply it in small amounts and spread it evenly. Rubbing it between your palms is not recommended! I suggest squeezing it out and gently tapping and spreading it in thin layers. ⛤ Finish The finish of this product is between dewy and semi-matte. Even for my dry skin, it wasn't drying and had a nice, refreshing feel to it!
Cons⛤ The PA++ rating is a bit disappointing. I always use products with PA+++ or higher. ⛤ The presence of fragrance in the ingredients! I really dislike fragrance ㅠㅠ If they do a product renewal, please remove the fragrance~~~~ The fragrance is why I'm giving it 4 stars!
Tip⛤ Since I believe sunscreen is the most important cosmetic product, I tend to apply it quite generously. However, for products that are heavily opaque and slightly greasy, it can be quite uncomfortable to apply a lot. Not only does it make me look overly white, but it also applies thickly. So, I first apply a generous amount of an organic sunscreen with good application and no white cast, and then I lightly layer this product on top. This way, I can enjoy both the sun protection and the tone-up effect!! ⛤ Honestly, the more sunscreen you apply, the more it can slightly reduce the staying power of your foundation. So when I apply sunscreen, I also make sure to press it in perfectly with a sponge before applying foundation. Spread the sunscreen and then pat it in with a sponge!! Then apply your foundation on top. ⛤ I usually apply sunscreen to my neck and ears as well, and this product is great for that. When I apply it to my neck, it not only provides sun protection but also doesn't make my face and neck look mismatched. Don't forget to apply sunscreen to your neck and ears as well!

First of all, when I first received it, I was excited haha. When I squeezed out the sunscreen, I was really surprised to see that the color was blue. And after applying it, it feels a bit powdery and the scent is also nice. There's a bit of a whitening effect, so it evens out the skin tone naturally. Since the color is blue, this sunscreen also helps cover redness a bit. The ingredients are also good.
ConsThe reason I gave it 2 stars is because, first of all, the adhesion is not good for my dry skin type. It also stung sometimes, and the application was really bad... like applying toothpaste? The most important thing is that I broke out with pimples on my forehead after using this. I don't think I'll buy this again. It was a lot more disappointing than I expected, so I couldn't just write a short review and had to express my disappointment.

(Warm Tone 23 / Blemishes, Partial Redness / Combination Skin) *Texture - The texture is fluffy and resembles a rich cream. *Stickiness - When applied to the face, it becomes powdery and not at all sticky. *Spreadability - It applies smoothly and evenly. *Blemishes - I've been using it consistently since receiving it, and no new blemishes have appeared. *Effectiveness - It gives a luminous glow and effectively conceals redness. There is a slight cooling sensation. Over time, it leaves a radiant finish on the face.
Cons*Brightness - As a person with naturally darker skin, the whitening cream and mineral sunscreen make it too pale for me to use. When I tested it on the back of my hand, it was extremely bright. When applied to the face, the bluish tone makes my complexion look very sallow. Applying the full recommended amount gives a ghostly appearance. *Dryness - Once absorbed, the face feels powdery and dry. Dry-skinned individuals should be extra diligent with their skincare routine. *Fragrance - This product has a distinct scent that lingers for quite a while. Personally, I dislike it. *Makeup Application - When I apply makeup over this, it tends to peel or shift. Even with proper absorption, the same issue occurred. There was also emphasis on the pores around my nose. *Solo Use - This may work well for those with very fair skin. But for someone like me with a significantly different natural skin tone, it can look unnatural when used alone. As a sunscreen, it does not cover blemishes, pimples, or pigmentation.
TipI recommend using this product like a color corrector, applying a small amount only to the areas with redness. For full-face application, it's better to use a different sunscreen. When applied to the body, it provides a wonderful brightening effect!

It's neat and tidy. The texture is interesting - it's fluffy and airy. It looks like a sorbet, but it's actually like a pudding. It's a pale sky blue color, but when applied, it helps neutralize redness and has a tone-correcting effect! I recently came back from a trip to Jeju Island, so I'm quite tanned, but when I applied it, it made me look as white as if I had used BB cream. It's not sticky or greasy at all! It has less oil and more moisture. It's not waterproof, but when I applied it to the back of my hand and held it under running water without rubbing, it didn't immediately wash off. The water beads up and rolls off. I just received it today, so I haven't worn it out yet after doing my makeup. I'll try it out more and let you know! @Additional@ Today, - On the left is the sunscreen I normally use. - On the right is the Claire's sunscreen. I used the same cushion foundation on both sides. The sunscreen I normally use acts like a primer, controlling oil. - On the left, the finish is more matte. - On the right, the finish is more dewy. I still feel a bit of slippage, though! Around lunchtime when I touched up, - On the left, the T-zone and around the mouth area had slightly worn off. - On the right, oil came through and there was some fading around the nose and mouth. When I patted the cushion, - On the left, it went on naturally, but there was some patchiness around the nose. - On the right, the oil and foundation blended nicely for a clean finish. The right side did have some breakdown, but touching it up looked better than the first application! I like it more than when I first tried it.
ConsThe white cast is no joke ㅠ I tested this out, wiped off my makeup, and reapplied it while doing chores at home, and my husband was surprised - he said it was way too white ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I didn't even apply a lot, just three pea-sized amounts, but I couldn't apply more than a 500 won coin's worth ㅠㅠㅠ It does become a bit more natural-looking over time! I really should test out skincare products before buying them ㅠ Skin type makes such a difference in finding the right base and color cosmetics! ㅠ I patted the cushion foundation over the sunscreen, but it didn't seem to absorb and just sat on top, which surprised me ㅠ This sunscreen has a bit of a slippery, slow-absorbing feel, so I spent a lot of time patting it in before applying makeup, but it still just sat there... ㅠ I haven't gone out yet, so I don't know about the longevity, but I have a feeling I know how it'll go..
TipIt's best not to apply base makeup right after the sunscreen, but to wait for it to fully absorb into the skin first. Modern life is so rushed, but I don't have much patience either ㅋㅋㅋㅋ -Additional The intense white cast seems to be because the blue tones in the sunscreen help neutralize redness and give a more pallid appearance! At first, the base makeup and sunscreen didn't blend together well, but after a little while, it evened out nicely and the pallid look became more luminous. Of course, the pink-toned base makeup probably helps with that too. I think this sunscreen would be great for dry skin types to use year-round, and those with naturally lighter skin may not even notice the white cast as much.

When applied, it has a slight pudding-like feel. For those who dislike the heavy, oily feel of 100% organic sunscreens or the thick, sticky texture of 100% mineral sunscreens, this hybrid organic-mineral formula could be a great option. It provides a natural, radiant glow to the complexion, almost like a CC cream, and immediately makes the skin appear healthier. My sister, who has dry skin, tried it and really liked it. She said the white cast was natural, the oil-water balance was good, and she didn't experience any breakouts. The smooth application and cooling sensation make it a great choice for summer use. It also absorbs quickly into the skin.
ConsAs a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, I'll try to evaluate this as objectively as possible, but it may be challenging. The organic sunscreen ingredients can be irritating for sensitive skin. Personally, I experienced some redness and blemishes. The product is known for its unique cooling properties, but the organic filters may not provide the same effective cooling as the mineral filters. The first ingredient, cyclopentasiloxane, is a type of dimethicone that improves spreadability and moisturization, but it has been associated with allergic reactions and potential endocrine disruption if used long-term. Additionally, the inclusion of caprylic acid, derived from coconut oil, may clog pores, so those with oily skin should be cautious. The fact that titanium dioxide is listed before zinc oxide is also a concern, as zinc oxide is generally considered the more gentle mineral filter.
TipThose with dry or normal skin can likely use this product without issue, but those with oily, especially sensitive, skin should exercise caution.
