If not rinsed thoroughly, it can cause minor skin blemishes. The hair texture isn't as soft as I'd like. When using the shampoo, if you squeeze the bottle, it shoots out forcefully like a water gun. It's inconvenient because you have to be careful when dispensing.

Hair loss is noticeably reduced. I've tried many expensive shampoos, but none have made my hair feel this full and reduced shedding like this one. I'll definitely keep using it. It's the best among anti-hair loss shampoos.

I'm on the fence about repurchasing, and here's why:
- It can be irritating. 
If you rinse thoroughly, it's fine, but if you don't rinse well enough, your scalp can feel hot and turn red. I was surprised when this happened unintentionally due to lack of time. I didn't expect it from good ingredients, but it seems there's some irritation. As with all shampoos, thorough rinsing is key.

- Quick buildup and scalp odor
I have an oily scalp that gets greasy quickly, but this shampoo seems particularly prone to that. The cooling sensation when washing is nice, but if I wash at night, by morning there's a scalp odor. By afternoon, it's greasy again. I'm almost at the point of washing twice a day... This is why I'm hesitant about repurchasing.

- Doesn't lather well and runs out quickly
I've heard natural shampoos don't lather much, and that's true here. I found a solution for this (see tip below). But even so, it still runs out fast.

- Faulty container
The pump came defective. I ended up buying an empty bottle (see photo). I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but the pump nozzle wouldn't come out properly. It was frustrating not being able to use it. If anyone knows if I'm using it incorrectly, please leave a comment.

  This shampoo tackles both the crown odor and acne. It's the first time I've felt this refreshed after washing my hair. It leaves my hair squeaky clean, but in a good way, even for my dry hair. It's not as stiff as soap. My hair falls straight but feels firm. I really hope people suffering from seborrheic dermatitis try this shampoo. I think I'll be sticking with this one.

The downside is that it doesn't lather well at first, but if you squeeze out a full pump and wash twice, the second time you'll get an amazing lather with just half a pump.
