Hair loss is noticeably reduced. I've tried many expensive shampoos, but none have made my hair feel this full and reduced shedding like this one. I'll definitely keep using it. It's the best among anti-hair loss shampoos. If not rinsed thoroughly, it can cause minor skin blemishes. The hair texture isn't as soft as I'd like. When using the shampoo, if you squeeze the bottle, it shoots out forcefully like a water gun. It's inconvenient because you have to be careful when dispensing. To address the drawbacks, make sure to rinse thoroughly and brush your hair gently. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJan 21, 2019
Affordable price point and gives a cool, refreshing sensation on the scalp after washing Being a natural shampoo, it leaves hair feeling stiff and doesn't lather well - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinJul 24, 2018
The ingredients seem promising, but honestly, I'm still on the fence about it. After shampooing, my hair feels too stiff, so I'm glad I bought this hair mask. I would have regretted not getting it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 25, 2018
I've never had an itchy scalp since using this shampoo! Before, my scalp would get irritated and itchy after 2 days, but now I can go 3 days without any discomfort. (I occasionally wash my hair every 3 days, but not too often!) Anyway, I'm really satisfied with this product! It makes your hair super stiff! At first, I was like, 'What is this?' I thought my hair was turning into dog fur! You definitely need to use a hair mask after. Also, you have to double shampoo because it doesn't lather well the first time. It's not a deal-breaker for me, but I thought I'd mention it. Try using a small amount for the first wash, then use your regular amount for the second wash. It'll lather up nicely that way! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 18, 2018
I bought this because I heard the ingredients were good. For my husband's precious hair, I always purchased natural shampoos for him, even though I'd use any discounted product for myself. We used Cheongmijung Seaweed Shampoo for 3 years, but I switched because they say it's not good to use one product for too long. My husband's been using this new one without any complaints or particular satisfaction. Anyway, the main advantage seems to be the ingredients. Personally, I like the scent too. It's somehow refreshing, like it's cleansing my nostrils along with my hair (though this might be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of thing). Having to shampoo twice isn't an issue since I had to do that with the previous product too. However, it's really disappointing how runny it is, making it easy to use up quickly. Moreover, without using a conditioner, it seems like you can't even run a comb through your hair, let alone get it to shine (it's no secret my hair is damaged from coloring). Above all, it makes my hair get greasy quickly. Strangely, when I use only this shampoo, my bangs become... well, I'll spare you the details after just a few hours. Trusting in the good ingredients, I just massage it directly onto my scalp without lathering in my hands first. This actually seems to create more foam. If I tried to work up a lather in my hands, I feel like I'd use up the whole bottle in no time... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 17, 2018
The ingredients are really impressive. I find the scent quite pleasant too - it has a minty aroma that gives a refreshing feeling. The foam lathers up better than I expected. It seems one cleanse is sufficient, no need for a double cleanse. Perhaps because it's completely natural without any silicone ingredients, it feels extremely stiff on the skin. It's quite disappointing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinDec 5, 2017
I've tried countless shampoos to deal with my chronic scalp itchiness, dandruff, inflammation, and hair loss. After using this shampoo for a little over two months, I've noticed both its strengths and weaknesses, so I'm leaving a review. First and foremost, the scalp itchiness, dandruff, and inflammation have disappeared. It's not 100% perfect, but the difference is quite noticeable, and I'm very satisfied. I used to unconsciously scratch my head constantly, leading to inflammation, scabs, and even bleeding when I'd tear off the scabs - but that's no longer an issue. The flakes on my shoulders have also nearly vanished. However, the hair loss is still an open question. Some days it seems to have reduced, but on other days, it still sheds quite a bit. I'll need to observe this further. It seems that when you gain something, you have to accept some drawbacks as well. My once healthy and bouncy hair has become dull and lifeless. 😢 I wonder if it's possible to catch both rabbits. I'm sure everyone knows that double cleansing is a must - that's the only way to get a good lather. Otherwise, it just feels like washing with plain water. I also highly recommend using the accompanying hair pack that's sold with this shampoo. Without it, your hair will feel straw-like and brittle after shampooing, making it difficult to brush and take a long time to dry. The hair pack's ingredients are great, and its effects are truly impressive. I'm almost tempted to give it a higher rating than the shampoo itself. However, the softness you feel when your hair is wet doesn't quite carry over after it dries. You'll need to finish with an oil to prevent it from looking too dull. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 30, 2017
First, the ingredients are good. I've been using A**** shampoo for a long time, but I heard there were issues with the surfactant ingredients, so I tried this shampoo~ It seems like there are no problems with the ingredients in this shampoo. Secondly, the fragrance is not artificial - it has a natural candy-like scent which I like. The lather doesn't form well, so I end up using a lot of shampoo. It makes my hair quite stiff. I've used a lot of natural shampoos before, and this one has a stiffness comparable to the shampoo I bought at S***. I just went ahead and used a conditioner, which helped a bit. The Acure products are on the thicker side, but this one is very runny. Also, it says to shampoo twice if needed, and sure enough, the second time I shampoo, the lather is much better. But the extra effort of rinsing thoroughly twice is a bit of a hassle.
